This holiday rental, located on the first floor of the owner's house, comprises: - a private entrance - a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining area - a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) that can be converted into two single beds (80x200 cm) - a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) - a shower room and a separate toilet. The owner grants you access to their terrace, furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and sun loungers. The washing machine is shared with the owner. You can park your vehicle in front of the cottage. There is also storage space available for sports equipment (bicycles, kayaks, surfboards, or paddleboards). At the gates of Auray, Brec'h is a town crossed by the Loch river which joins that of Auray in the Gulf of Morbihan. This valley is a good place for fishing and walking in the woods. Mills, fountains and rocks line the hiking trails along the river. During your stay, you can visit the village of Saint-Dégan just 2.5 km from the rental. This village and its Ecomuseum bears witness to peasant life at the beginning of the 20th century. You will be from the cottage less than 30 minutes by car from the beaches of Carnac, Quiberon, Locmariaquer or Erdeven.
