Not as advertised

We received no communication prior to arrival, had to track host down in order to check in. Once the host had our money we were unable to contact him and he never returned our texts or phone calls. Advertised as sleeping 11, wrong. There were three beds, one futon, and a couch. We were not all couples so made it difficult. No WiFi, Laundry Dryer did not work, no TV, No mirror in bathroom, two of three lights in bathroom didn't work and we had mice. The place was big, clean and in a great location.

Could be cool, but lots of problems

A little work and could be a cool place. 1. Doors didn’t lock right 2. One toilet would not work, no water. 3. Many light bulbs out. 4. Yard was an overgrown mess. 5. No cold water in down kitchen sink 6, had to buy toilet paper. 7. No kitchen towrls. 8. No bathroom amenities 9 few functional chairs. Many broke 10. Price was right but a little TLC would go a long way. Owner told us he would have someone out to fix toilet on day one. Never heard from him the rest of the stay.
