With its striking blue façade, there’s no denying this home is all about the sand and sea. It lies moments from the coastline, giving guests access to some of the country’s most beautiful bay and surf beaches. It’s an excellent starting point for those wanting to travel along the Great Ocean Road, or a peaceful weekend escape away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Step inside and you’ll immediately be captivated by its charms. From its unique decorations to the light-filled living space that opens directly to the backyard. This home has been beautifully furnished to encourage guests outdoors with alfresco seating and a BBQ. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all your cooking staples and a large dining table inside provides plenty of room to come together or set up a laptop. In the evenings, kick back on the sofas, unwinding with your favourite book.
The property includes two bedrooms. The main offers a queen-sized bed, while the second features two sets of bunk beds, ideal for those travelling with kids. The bathroom is well presented with a shower, toilet and basin, and includes complimentary toiletries for your stay.
Parking is available on the driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cabin to yourself.
The shower in the laundry is not for guest use. Please make yourself at home!
The tiny seaside town of Breamlea lies on the south coast of the Bellarine Peninsula. It’s known for its tranquil, laidback coastal lifestyle, with access to popular surfing breaks, sheltered beaches and world-famous Great Ocean Road. Enjoy fishing, swimming or exploring the rock pools, or stretch your legs on part of the Surf Coast Walk, which stretches 44km from Torquay to Lorne.
Tuck into classic fish and chips from a beachside kiosk at neighbouring Torquay or treat yourself to dinner at one of the best restaurants in the country, Brae. Refresh with a pint from Blackman’s Brewery or 4 Pines Torquay, both close by.
Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the driveway. There is also free street parking.
Airport: Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes drive to the property.
Public Transport: 10-minute drive to the bus stop or 20 minutes drive to the nearest train station.

BBQ Leave the barbecue clean otherwise you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. Cleaning products provided.

DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout.
LINEN The linen is supplied by a professional laundry service. Please do not, under ANY circumstances wash our sheets or towels.
SMOKING Outside only. Use ashtrays provided.
WASTE Please take out rubbish. Recyclables only in yellow-lid bin, no soft plastic, glass in purple bin, general waste in smaller bin.
ISSUES Let us know if you have any maintenance concerns. The sooner we know about problems the sooner we can fix them. Often guests only report issues in reviews and we don't see them for two weeks. We thrive on feedback so please help us help keep this property in top condition. Please note rudeness of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of your booking.
