The slightly elevated position of Croft House makes the most of the stunning views across Croyde village and the bay beyond. With stunning views in all directions, you can easily while away a few hours enjoying the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful home.

A spacious and fully equipped kitchen diner, with views to the rear of the property, is ideal for informal lunches and casual dining. A formal separate dining area is perfect for celebrating that special occasion with friends and loved ones. The ground floor also offers a cosy living room with log burning stove a great place to chill out on a cooler evening.

The additional sun room to the front offers far reaching views across the village and out to the Atlantic Ocean. The perfect spot for an early morning coffee or a moment of reflection.

The second master bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor. This spacious comfortable room is a cosy retreat for a cheeky afternoon nap or a lazy lie in.

A separate WC and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the ground floor accommodation.

The stunning master bedroom has its own balcony with views to the sea, ideal for watching the sun go down before retiring for a restful night sleep. The en-suite bathroom completes the master suite.

With a further three bedrooms two with en-suite bathrooms each with showering facilities complete the first-floor accommodation, so there is plenty of room for both friends and family.

The outside space at Croft House is breathtaking. With patio areas to both the front and the rear you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to firing up the BBQ and eating alfresco!
