Stayed for 3 nights in June 2017. Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are airy and spacious. Although the hotel is situated close to the railway the sound of trains is very limited almost nonexistent. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. There are no night porters but the hotel is very secure as to gain entry at night is by keycard only. The only thing lacking, there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I shall definitely be booking again for next year!

This is a really small town, so staying here in the Rilano next to the train station is just fine. No noise, really. Just a few electric trains passing by. There is a huge shopping mall next to it (well, a supermarket and a few other places), so that's an advantage. Hotel is simple and good altogether, nothing to complain. Big lobby, friendly staff. They even offer free apples. Room is quite big, all working ok. Bathroom also good, nice shower. Wifi works ok, better than other reviewers have claimed. There is no fridge and no AC in the room, and now, in July, it's rather sticky at times. Breakfast is solid, but nothing special. Scrambled and boiled eggs. The bacon is very poor, mostly fat. Otherwise, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal. Altogether, a good place, though with no view, just facing the street or the parking lot. I stayed a couple of days, and it is getting to me, feel very bored here, but that's not the hotel's responsibility.

Stayed for 3 nights and the staff, room and breakfast could not be faulted. Quite at night and super comfy bed guaranteed a great nights sleep too! Everywhere was very clean and staff were very helpful

I needed a last minute reservation for a meeting, which should have been held elsewhere and at the last moment was re-scheduled in Wolfenbuettel. It was the first in the list and I didn't think twice. The hotel is ideally placed near the centre, which is only ten minutes walk away. Though located on a busy road near the railway station it is surprisingly quiet, as all the rest of the city, for that matter. It is a typical business hotel, very well organised but with no frills. Though lacking in atmosphere, it is very efficient and comfortable. There is no night staff, but the room card opens the front door, so you can come in at any time. Its main assets are the very comfortable beds and a huge free car park in the back. For the rest, the rooms are rather basic, but comfortable. The Wi-Fi is not particularly fast. If you ask for a quiet room, you will get a room away from the main road. Even the train noise is virtually nonexistent, perhaps because it is a minor railway branch. The breakfast is served in a very large room set in a Western Saloon style (I suspect that beer nights are held there) and the morning buffet is more than adequate. They have meeting rooms for business gatherings (one was going on during my stay). The staff kindness and efficiency are perhaps the biggest assets of the place. I had problems connecting to the Lufthansa website for my online check-in and they were very kind enough to let me use their PC to go through the intricate procedure. The receptionists were always smiling and kind, answering my queries in a clear and friendly way. Definitely good value for money.

Positives: Free parking, great buffet breakfast for the price, clean rooms and good bed, centrally located, very friendly staff and service personell ! Negative: No safe in room, Wi-Fi not working, no fitness room, no hooks in room or bathroom for towels or jackets, reception closes at 10 p.m. A nice place to stay for a weekend.

The three-storey hotel is located not far from the old town of Wolfenbüttel. The main entrance is at the backside of the building and access by car is somewhat hard to find. Reception at the front desk was friendly. It was pointed out that at night staff members are not present in the hotel. Advance booking of the hotel involved technical problems with the Rilano website. The buffet breakfast offered sufficient choice and was of good quality. We were given a room with a view to the parking lot side, which was very quiet. The rooms’s decor was bright, friendly and accommodating. Also the bathroom was both modern and functional. There was a safe but no minibar or kettle. The rooms were described as offering free Wi-Fi, but this did not work. The browser recognized the network as unsafe and did not allow access. Rilano who seem to use an external internet provider should look for a more competent one as promises regarding features of the hotel that are not kept will inevitably upset hotel guests. If you do not need the Wi-Fi during your stay, the hotel can be recommended.

Although there's somewhat of an antiseptic feeling in the lobby, this motor inn is a step up when compared to some of the older Wolfenbuettel accommodations. Breakfast is richly laid out and coffee flows freely, though it is all self service. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. The internet could be faster and its tendency to cut off after 500 mbs or to require frequent logins is not convenient.

Really nice hotel although Reception only manned between 6.30-10pm if you arrive late you have to get your key from a key safe which confused us a little as we had not received the email giving us this advice as being from the UK we had no internet connection. The room was lovely really modern & fresh but the corridors were dark purple with old worn carpets.Only 1 device per room can use the wifi. Breakfast was first class & staff were friendly.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while working in Germany. The receptionist was warm and welcoming on arrival. The room was really nice, clean and just what you need after a busy day. Breakfast was nice as well in near location.

A network hotel with convenient location near a railway station and town center. Rooms are new. Bathroom and beds are comfortable. No air conditioner, probably due to cool weather. However, we were there in a hot Friday night. Windows were exposed to the parking and a night club, where the local youngsters were grouping with a noise till 3 a.m. It was difficult to go to sleep because we need to keep windows open. If not, new windows isolate from any sounds outside.
