Location Description
The 50 sqm, sunny apartment has been completely renovated and renovated, is very comfortable, cozy and modern.
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds (box spring beds) and each has a TV, cozy living room with open kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area, the bathroom with window, large shower, towel radiator and toilet.
The apartment offers a few extras, such as a heated hall wardrobe, shoe dryer and ski storage wall.

Furnishing
The terrace is approx. 30 square meters and faces south with a view of the spa gardens, mountains and bell tower (symbol of Sankt Andreasberg).
Comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers as well as an electric grill are available. A parking space is located directly at the house. A baby travel cot and high chair are also available.

The apartment is located in the spa gardens of Sankt Andreasberg in a quiet area. The hiking trails and cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity. Here you can enjoy your vacation in peace. From here you can walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski trails in 5 minutes. In the city center you need 10 - 12 minutes.

Das Apartment ist von innen spitze! Alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs (Messer, Teller,...) sind reichlich vorhanden. Die eine Betthälfte ist ein bisschen durchgelegen. Anscheinend ist das Apartment aber nicht so oft frequentiert, da die Batterien für Fernbedienungen nur bedingt arbeiten. Leider ist auch die Duschkopfhalterung lose. Aber das ist alles weinen auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das Apartment ist einfach liebevoll und mit viel Bedacht eingerichtet/ausgestattet. Von Außen sieht das Gebäude nicht so ansprechend aus. Das scheint leider eine Herausforderung der Eigentümergemeinschaft zu sein. Das Gebäude ist schön gelegen und es gibt am Ort einen Lebensmittelladen, Bäcker und Restaurants. In der Nähe sind jede Menge Ausflugsziele zu erreichen.

Appartement Koch 3 in Sankt Andreasberg: een aanrader!

Sankt Andreasberg: prachtige locatie met een mooie natuur en veel wandelmogelijkheden. Appartement Koch 3: een aanrader, zeer netjes en schoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontvangst: mevrouw Diedrich is vriendelijk. Toen de stroom uitviel deed ze alle moeite om het zo snel mogelijk te laten herstellen. Ze bood zelfs een ander appartement aan, mocht de stroomstoring niet tijdig opgelost worden. Kortom: een aanrader!

Wanderurlaub in Sankt Andreasberg

Dank der ruhigen Lage hatten wir Erholsame Tage.Die von uns ausgesuchten Wanderwege waren leicht erreichbar und wunderschön, auf Grund der tollen Lage konnten wir viele schöne Orte mit dem Auto bei einer Fahrzeit von einer Stunde erreichen zb Thale oder Wernigerode . Im Ort selbst gibt es viele gute Restaurants und sonst viel zu sehen . Wir kommen gerne wieder.
