I booked online and received an email detailing how to check in (mainly time office was open). When I arrived there was a sign on the front door saying the office was closed permanently due to covid. No information how to get to my room. I borrowed a phone from a local person and called the number on the notice. The response was brusque and the person answering would not give me any information on the phone but offered to send me an email, which turned out to be the same as the previous uninformative one. I was never able to check in and had to go to a different hotel. I believe I was cheated out of my payment by indifferent, surly, and uninformative employees. Go somewhere else and save the trouble.
