The inviting atmosphere in the living room is immediately noticeable, thanks to the gray expandable sofa, which adds a unique touch while offering ample space for family and friends. A smart TV is also available, so you won't miss out on your favorite shows during your stay. Take advantage of the beautiful weather and relax on the balcony, savoring your morning coffee. The air conditioning is a Daikin Stylish model, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, a toaster for making that crispy bread, an electric kettle, and all the necessary utensils.

The first bedroom exudes comfort. Furnished with a queen-size bed, the space promises restful sleep, equipped with premium cotton linens that gently embrace you every night. The soft pillows provide pleasant support, contributing to a totally relaxing experience. Additionally, a generous wardrobe will allow for the storage of clothes and accessories, maintaining order and organization. The neutral color palette brings a feeling of calm, transforming this bedroom into an ideal relaxation space.

The second bedroom features two single beds, offering versatility and privacy. Each bed is equipped with premium cotton linens and soft, fluffy pillows, ensuring a pleasant sleep. The space is complemented by a bean bag, an ideal spot to relax with a book or watch a movie.

As a family-friendly apartment in a cozy neighborhood, please note that we can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time: no more than 4 adults and 2 kids/teenagers. This ensures a peaceful environment for everyone and helps us maintain good relations with our neighbors.

The entire apartment can host up to 6 guests comfortably, making it the perfect choice for families or friends looking to explore the beauty of Brașov together. We look forward to welcoming you!

• No smoking in the apartment. Please use the terrace to smoke. In case of smoking on the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events are allowed
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
• For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.
• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with GD 237/2001 republished in 2008 in the rules of Article 2 paragraph (5). It is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete the check-in form sent in the messages.
