Stole my money

They cancelled my booking but never refunded the money back to me. I have called on the platform 3 times already, spoke with different people, also called the property owners but none of them gave me back my money, even though they cancelled my booking. They essentially stole my money. DO NOT BOOK!

NOT EXCEPTED TO STAY EVEN THOUGH PAYMANT WAS DONE!

I had booked, the money has been taken Of My account and When i called to comfirm they told me that that they could not have us staying there. And that they have organised for my money to return within a few days. It’s now a week later and I have no money returned. Now I have to make a bunch of calls to sort everything out. NOT OK!

landlord sucks. hotels.com sucks

landlord sucks. hotels.com sucks. After the call to the phone given after the reservation from morning to evening, even though we did not answer many times. there was no door number on the booking confirmation. We asked all the doors on the street could not find the apartment. the host never looked at the phone. we stayed out in the evening. we had to reserve new place. Despite all this mess, money was taken from my account.
