minha estdia foi muito boa. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpatica. O quarto é muito bom e espaçoso, unico problema é que o ar condicionado ficava pigando para dentro do quarto, precisa de uma manutenção. O quarto tinha roupas de cama e banheo, além de amenities. o quarto tinha microondas mas não tinha pratos e talheres. O prédio possui piscina, sauna e academia, usei apenas a academia e é boa.

O chuveiro é maravilhoso, porém, O quarto possuía infiltraçoes, uma goteira em cima da privada, o ar não gelava muito bem, os travesseiros estavam encardidos, não havia o microondas informado no anúncio e só após o pagamento é que fui informado que o quarto não dispunha de cobertores.

O flat é particular e não pertence ao hotel, o que deixo claro. Ainda assim, ao alugar um flat particular, a expectativa é, no mínimo, equivalente ou superior à de um aparthotel, o que definitivamente não ocorre neste caso. Os lençóis estão em mau estado, não são fornecidos cobertores, e, apesar de o imóvel ser anunciado como apart-hotel, não há sequer copos disponíveis, nem mesmo de plástico. Além disso, não há reposição de papel higiênico, não são realizadas trocas de toalhas, ou toalhas extras. Já me hospedei no hotel do mesmo prédio, e o nível de serviço é significativamente superior quando comparado a este flat, o que reforça a discrepância entre o que é anunciado e o que efetivamente é entregue.

Precisei mudar o número de pessoas no quarto porque eu tinha fechado só para uma pessoa. Na última hora, meu amigo resolveu ir e fui resolver na recepção disseram que resolveria pelo número que tinha no aplicativo. Ao entrar em contato com a proprietária, ela não passava a autorização pra recepção, só queria que eu pagasse a mais, mesmo não precisar mudar nada porque o quarto cabiam 3 pessoas e não tinha café da manhã incluso. Ainda argumentei que não precisava mudar no quarto, como toalha, roupa de cama etc. O banheiro ainda estava com teto todo mofado.

O hotel tem o grande diferencial de ser ao lado do Brasília Shopping, em uma região bem central. Mas, tirando o shopping, não há muitas opções de restaurantes próximos. O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura. O quarto é amplo, muito bem dividido e bem equipado, mas precisa de manutenção: havia infiltração no teto do banheiro, cheiro de fossa típico de retorno, o colchão de casal está deformado e, no último dia, o ar-condicionado criou uma poça de água grande no chão.
