Minha estadia no park ville foi excelente, ambiente super limpo,silencioso , mobília nova e de muito bom gosto, cozinha equipada e uma cama super confortável, me surpreendi com o zelo do anfitrião Leonardo e já indiquei para vários amigos e sempre que retornar a Brasília ficarei lá , pois me sentir em casa com todo conforto e segurança. O quarto é conforme o anuncio, em local super bem localizado com supermercado, farmácia, bar, lanchonete próximo. Local silencioso. Só não dou nota máxima, pois tive um imprevisto com o a liberação de acesso ao prédio quando estava retornado de um jantar após meia noite. O sistema não liberava minha entrada naquele horário, acabei sendo salvo por um morador que chegava no mesmo momento. Mas adorei o local, e retornaria a usar quando voltar para Brasília.

Bom custo-benefício, mas alguns problemas

O apartamento é bom, o contato com o administrador excelente, porém algumas coisas tem que ser consideradas: tive que falar de dois problemas de manutenção (ar condicionado, que não funcionava mais do que 3 horas direto, e a porta, que não se trancava automaticamente - acredito que o administrador resolva logo esses problemas; k maior desconforto para mim foi o fato do bloco ser o penúltimo, levando 1km com várias subidas para se chegar a pé. Pedir uver também é bem complicado, pois não pega bem a localização e tem que ficar pedindo ao uber para entrar, passando o apt e bloco.
