More than 24hr before check-in, I requested Hotels.com Expedia to make a change in my reservation. They phoned 5 times but no answer. Upon arrival receptionist was not helpful/ friendly / unwillingly to acknowledge they dont answer phone calls. Daytime receptionist has no concept of customer service. He is rude and unhelpful. Unwilling to print out 1 page visa for us. Whereas nightime receptionist is more friendly /helpful & printed for us. Blankets are never washed. They smell of body odour. Bathroom walls and tiles have black mold which is totally unsanitary! Wifi is spotty. Buffet breakfast is decent. Location is convenient. Across from tv tower and park with I LOVE Brasilia sign.

O "quarto individual" é na verdade uma cabine super pequena no subsolo. A cabine é tão pequena que, se você abrir sua mala, não consegue nem abrir a porta do quarto ou do banheiro. Aparelho de ar condicionado era velho e fazia um barulho tão alto que não me deixou dormir. Travesseiro velho e desconfortável. Internet wifi horrível no subsolo.

Boa estadia! Vi algumas plataformas com comentários ruins inicialmente, o que me deixou bem suspeita em querer fazer a reserva,porém não me arrependi! Pelo contrário, o hotel é bom! O quarto é pequeno, porém estava limpinho. Optei pelo hotel devido a localização,pois fui para passar duas noites, por conta de um concurso que fiz. Me atendeu super! Café da manhã bom, com frutas, pães, bolos... é um bom café! Com certeza retornarei ao hotel.

Infelizmente a minha avaliação é que o investimento não teve um retorno esperado. O quarto que fiquei, AO LADO da manutenção, péssimo local pra colocar um hóspede, já que de manhã, ninguem dorme com a barulheira dos funcionários batendo porta. Ainda sobre o quarto, tava tudo limpinho, toalhas, frigobar funcionando tudo, mas precisa de manutenção no banheiro. A estrutura é ruim, dado que não tem cortina/blindex no banheiro, logo, toma-se banho e molha tudo,além de nao ter uma lixeira com tampa!!! Sobre limpeza, na sexta pela manhã, saí do quarto e tinha uma barata morta e lá ela ficou até domingo quando fui embora - em frente ao quarto 104. Solicitei na sexta que fosse limpo e nada mudou. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, cheguei pra tomar café as 9:05h do sábado e NAO TINHA café coado e ao perguntar, NAO IAM REPOR. Como assim? Se o café é ate 10h, tem que ter reposição até as 10h. O mesmo perguntei sobre os ovos e não tinha mais, algo que nunca passei na vida. Além de ter um fio de cabelo na fatia de queijo mas.... O Hotel não está preparado para receber a quantidade de hospedes que recebeu, pois o espaço do café é muito pequeno. Em relação aos funcionários da recepção, nada a reclamar, muito educados. Espero que possam ver que esses pontos precisam ser ajustados.

O ar-condicionado do apto 313 precisa ser avaliado, demorava para gelar. Sugiro que feche o buraco do quarto que deveria ser referente ao ar-condicionado de janela. A cama próximo ao frigobar não estava adequado, sentia a mola do colchão o que não trouxe um sono de qualidade. Seria interessante renovar os os kits de toalhas para novos kits.

Minha experiência foi tranquila, escolhi um quarto e acabei ficando com outro menor pois o escolhido estava com forte cheiro de cigarro e morfo, minha sugestão seria, se tem um quarto reservado e já limpo é só deixar aberto já que não tem janela, assim evita esse desconforto, fumar dentro do quarto devia ser multado. O quarto me atendeu super bem, apesar de ser minúsculo pra uma pessoa estar ótimo a cama é confortável, a noite é bem tranquilo sem barulho, o café da manhã é muito bom. Vai ser sempre minha opção quando for à Brasília.
