Recent villa (2016) of low energy construction with air cooling system, sleeps 10 (possibility 12), view of the Sainte-Baume massif, absolute tranquility, 700 meters from the picturesque Provencal village of Bras (supermarket, pharmacy , post office, bakery, restaurants, cafes) and 10 minutes from Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume.
The villa, tastefully furnished in soft and soothing tones, is composed of three independent modules:
- Main villa (180 m2): 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, large living room - dining room, open kitchen, terrace.
- Small communicating villa (50 m2): 1 bedroom, 1 shower room and a lounge (sofa bed, kitchenette), small terrace.
- Large independent air-conditioned studio of 55 m2 with kitchenette and shower room.
The house has a covered terrace of 100 m2, and a heated lap pool (13X3.5 m), maintained by a pool engineer. It overlooks a lawn area of 1,500 m2 and is surrounded by olive trees and Provençal restanques.
It is located at the top of a hill and offers a view of the Sainte-Baume. Absolute calm.

Séjour estival 2021

Un petit coin de paradis au calme et sous le soleil. Une véritable invitation à la détente grâce aux qualités de la prestation fournie. La demeure est élégante, la piscine et la grande terrasse qui s’ouvre sur le parc sont très accueillantes et nous ont permis de nous retrouver en famille autour d’un repas ou d’autres convivialités.
