Beautiful home with view
Had a wonderful time with our family celebrating Christmas together. Loved the large table, beautiful windows to see the view. The ones staying in the top two rooms got a little cold but there were extra blankets. Had a little trouble using Wi-Fi but got it figured out. Overall the stay was terrific and we wished we’d had longer to stay.

Family Vacation
House is amazing. Nice location and plenty of room for our party of nine to spread out and be comfortable. Views were amazing. We had a few issues with being charged early. But Lilly corrected the problem. We would stay again. Recommend the Rusty Moose Lodge for families looking for a nice getaway.

Great place
The house was very accomodating for our large group. We loved having bedrooms spread out with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The view was amazing! The only two things we found that need fixed is the stairs going up to the garage suite and there wasnt enough hot water for showers.

Disappointed
First, I have never before left a bad review but this is the exception. Although this property has potential, it is rundown and needs significant work. What is most disappointing is how dirty it was. The third floor central AC was broken and though a repairman was sent he discovered parts were missing and the unit had no freon. There were window units in both rooms but both vents were full of black mold (host sent a video). The second afternoon two ladies were sent to bleach the units and once completed we were told to leave units unplugged another two hours. Upon check out in stripping the beds we discovered a mattress full of what appeared to be blood stains and no mattress cover in the suite. Third floor tub faucet was broken upon arrival, no drain plug in downstairs bathroom, dishwasher not properly installed therefore it fell forward when trying to use, pool sticks had no tips, much wood outdoors on decking needs replacing and there were lots of bugs indoors. I am used to the host thoroughly checking the house before arrival but they were unaware of the AC. They did offer us a free pontoon rental due to broken AC however we did not accept due to rain predictions ( though as it turned out there was little rain). Upon check in we had to call for assistance because the front door code was not working properly but the sliding glass door was unlocked for us to instead get in that way. I would not recommend staying here unless future reviews paint a very different picture.

Excellent for reunion
The location of this facility was close to our lake house/dock/boats. The only disappointment was the room arrangements. We couldn't use them to their fullest because of family dynamics. So rather than the 38 it could sleep, we only had 20 using it, However, it served those 20 very well. We plan to use it again for our reunion in 2 or 3 years. --- On another matter, I am still trying to get my deposit back from RES ID HA-OjjVOXK Case: 126439925.

My family loved staying at the Rusty Moose. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The lake view was incredible! Lily was a friendly and helpful host. We also had access to the dock nearby, which was a nice perk. Will book next year.

Nice Space for Family Reunion
This is a very spacious cabin with a pretty view of the lake. There is plenty of space for cooking, serving and eating meals. The main table is spectacular, as it allowed everyone to eat meals together. Living area seating was conducive to a large gathering and we had a lot of laughs. Beds were many and all were comfortable. There was a nice game room downstairs. We found a nice extra cooler in the garage which helped expand our refrigerator capacity. We had a few glitches upon check in, but they were handled immediately and communication was swift and efficient. However a few days later we ran out of propane while cooking. Both tanks were empty. Our calls were not answered and our text messages were not answered in a timely manner, as we stressed in the messages that we were in the middle of cooking. We eventually did get the propane after a considerable delay. Management apologized profusely and made things right. For large gatherings, this is a wonderful place! We would stay here again!

Great Place for Family Reunion
Overall the property was great. Had a hard time with the door the room over the garage and several windows not closing properly. The water temps for the showers was not very warm. Not enough cups for 29 people. Property manager was quick to response to questions. Would still rent again.

fall trip to Branson
The house looked nicer online than in person. It's in need of a lot of repair. Sliding doors don't lock, just a 2x4 board to keep them from opening. Floors were dirty (grandkids feet were black from going bare foot in there) bugs in the tracks of the sliding doors, dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower, dirty underwear under 1 bed, pizza crust and little bottle of alcohol stuck in a couch cushion, broken springs in one chair downstairs, 2 pool cues were usable, 1 had the tip broke off and the rack was cracked, piles of laundry in and on the downstairs washer and dryer, no extra towels, had to wash them every day, 1 kitchen towel, 1 extra trash bag (manager did drop by extra trash bags and kitchen towels after I contacted her) no ice maker, finally found the keurig coffee maker under the sink on the last day! Outside of house has several rotted wood spots, including the front door! Master bed was propped up on blocks and the post was broken and wobbly. We rent a "nice house" every year, this was the worst one we've had.

Perfect for large groups!
Short story- We had the best time in this home! It was exactly as the photos plus much more. The customer service was the best I have ever worked with on a rental. The sunset views were quite the spectacular show!
The long version- We traveled with a group of 12 adults. This home offered the perfect layout for this many people and personalities. Each couple had their own private room with a king bed and most couples were able to even have their own private bath with only a few people having to share. There was plenty of gathering space for everyone to be together and plenty of different spaces to get away from the group as well. Our group was adults only but there was more than enough space to accommodate children. There was access to a garage for storage of fishing equipment as well as the canoes and paddleboards we brought. There was not much yard space but the deck allowed for 'yard games' like cornhole easily.
Comforts - Each floor had AC controls and all rooms were adequately cooled during the very warm weekend we were there. We did have issues with the AC on the main floor on the first day but the management team responded to messages immediately and went absolutely above and beyond to address the very minor inconvenience we had. The beds in each room were very comfortable. Not a single person had a complaint. With renting frequently, this seems to be an issue often but not with this home! An amazing accomplishment with this many beds as well.
Stock - This home was stocked with so many things we did not expect. There was more than enough towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. In my experience with rentals, you're often supplied with just enough to get you started, but not here. There was also plenty of kitchen towels. There was a Keurig and coffee machines and plenty of supplies for each. There were some simple seasonings (salt/pepper). There was more than enough serving dishes, platters, pitchers and bowels for anything you would want to make. We thought we would only have 1 fridge available to us so we came prepared with coolers for (adult) beverages, but there was even additional refrigerator space available in the garage.
Location - We loved the location of this home as it felt secluded but wasn't far at all from a gas station and groceries. It was about a 20 minute drive to the main area of Branson.
Overall, this place was perfect for our needs and I would not hesitate to go back if the opportunity arises.

The views are AMAZING! The house is gorgeous and fun and we were all so comfortable, even with all of us. Great Lakeview Retreat!
I was completely WOWed by the view and the way that the house showcases Table Rock Lake with it's open floor plan! The house can easily accommodate a large number of people while allowing everyone to have their own space if need be. Every room has its own personality, yet all feels tied in together. I loved how secluded the house felt while even being in a neighborhood. What a great getaway!

Terrible experience with communication and cleanliness
We had previously stayed at the Rusty Moose back in 2016 for our large family Christmas and we had an exceptional experience there. But, after booking it again this year, we were terrible disappointed. I’d had communication via automated emails up until 2 days before check-in. When it was time to check in, I had no access code email or any sort of phone call or text. We tried reaching out to every available phone number we could find and had no answers. I tried emailing and also had no response. Finally, my sister in law used Facebook messenger and got a response with our entry code and check out procedure, which only said to “take out all trash”. She was able to get this information without being the one to book and without any sort of confirmation numbers or identification. When we got inside it was clear this property has not had consistent cleaning. I think the only cleaning being done is maybe changing the bedding and spot sweeping. Everything inside was dusty and dirty. We’ve reached a point now post Covid where that should no longer be used as an excuse as to explain why something isn’t getting done. The walk in door lock on the garage doesn’t latch. Overall, while this space did have enough beds for all 26 of us, it was just so dirty it was hard to overlook. The fact that I still don’t have any sort of correspondence about check in is ridiculous and so unprofessional. The check out procedure is just as confusing to me, there are lists on the back of the bedroom and front doors, but the message we received after hunting someone down (via FB message from Lily with Victory Properties) said only to take out the trash. The price we paid was not worth the value of what we received and the quality of the communication with the property management was so poor.

Great view!
Beautiful view! Fantastic lodge feel. Property manager was very responsive to questions and provided timely assistance. Property is in need of some maintenance updates to ripped carpet, torn window screens, and worn high traffic areas. But you will not forget the view!
