Just what we needed

Looking for a nice clean room for the night without breaking the bank. This was it. Room had been freshly painted. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Air worked great and didn’t kick on and off all night, leaving silence between cycles. Enjoyed it so much we booked another night. We didn’t try the breakfast, so not sure about that but everyone we encountered were very friendly.

It was an OK experience

We weren't sure what to expect by the reviews we read before booking but we took a chance since it was right by where we needed to be. Everything was very outdated but the room worked for us for one night. The bathroom was very tiny, shower head was very short so we had to kinda back bend to shower lol the toilet paper holder was broken so everytime we went to grab the toilet paper it would fall. The towels were that soft cheap material where you go to dry off and it just wipes the water around instead of actually drying you. But the breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, Waffles, cereals, etc. We did appreciate that we got a call that we had left a pillow, when normally hotels won't call you if you leave anything. So that was really cool.

No one there when we arrived at 5:30pm. Called number on door. Waited about 20 minutes. Were assigned a room. Stains all over very heavily worn couch. Reassigned room. Same thing again. Reassigned room to one with two chairs instead of couch, not as stained by very, very worn. Bed was fine, but that was the only thing. Grout and caulk mess all over the floor and even walls. Very dirty and poorly finished. The second and third floor walkways were thick with pet hair. I have stayed in many accommodations over the years and all over the world. In terms of quality, this is the bottom of the barrel for the quality of service and facility. It was apparent that the poor woman in charge at the reception desk was a one-person show with an impossible job to do. I got the impression the owner is just squeezing blood from a turnip before final demolition.

The only issue was that the A/C unit outlet was crooked which made the unit shut down a couple times but staff were great. Good stay overall, would recommend again.

Awesome hotel, great price

We visited Branson to do a quick one day gocarting trip. This hotel was inexpensive, well kept, clean and nicely located. Front desk was friendly, quick and, the hotel, had an awesome breakfast with great coffee.
