Perfect for our family of 15

The property was clean and well stocked, and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed meals and games together in common areas, while having room to spread out with bedrooms for each couple and age group. We really enjoyed our stay.

4th of July family trip

We had 17 members of our family stay over the Fourth of July holiday. It was fantastic, everything was clean and tidy. The beds were amazing. The pillows were amazing. All the comforts of home were provided. The set up of the home worked perfectly for our group and everyone just raved about it. We were even provided ice cream and all the fixings for Ice Cream Sundaes when we checked in. We would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!

Annual family vacation

The house worked well for everyone. Plenty of room. Each of our three grandsons were able to have their own room. The pool table made the annual family pool tournament enjoyable. Also appreciated the wheelchair accessibility for one of our famy members.

Great family getaway!

Great location and house size for a larger gathering. Perfect spot if going to silver dollar city. Had issue with door code at check in but owner was very responsive and quickly corrected. Upper level AC units were very nice for time of year (basement gets very cool).

Great layout and location

If you are doing Silver Dollar City, you cannot beat this location! Great layout in the house. If a fireplace or outdoor areas are important to you, be sure to check with the owner that they are operational for your stay. One of our favorite things was the two fridges for our big group!

Great full 7 bedroom place!

Worked well for our reunion! Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and king bed, very close to table rock lake and everything else! FYI, there is a very steep hill to get to this location.

50th Anniversary

We had 14 people stay at the house for my parents 50th anniversary. We had teenagers, 5 year olds, an 8 and 9 year old. The bunk beds in the rooms were perfect for them. We loved having the air hockey and foosball tables. There are games in the closet as well. Since this was 4 families, we all loved having our own bedrooms. The living room is pretty small. But there is a 2nd one downstairs. Just no way for a big family to be in there all at the same time. The huge dining table was awesome.

Fantastic!!

The house is in a wonderful location—close to attractions, but in a quiet development. It was immaculately clean. All communication with the owners was great. Our group of 16 was very comfortable there. We made good use of the pool table. The swimming pool is a short walk from the house and is clean. It wasn’t ever overly crowded, so that was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Lots of space, but FYI...

Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this house. We had a family reunion with 14 people. The house was large enough to easily accommodate all of us. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, TVs, seating for meals, etc. There were 2 fridges for plenty of cold food space, but no pantry. Some simple shelving near 2nd fridge would be nice The location was just outside of Silver Dollar City and convenient to most activities in Branson. We could get nearly anywhere we wanted with a 20-30 minute drive. Branson is very hilly and there is a VERY steep slope to get to/from the house. Most parking near the house is on an incline. The A/C worked great for the main floor. Upstairs was a bit warm, but those bedrooms had individual A/C units so the kids were comfortable. We couldn't find a thermostat for the bottom floor, which meant that we got the cold air from the main floor so the lowest floor was FRIGID. We'd use a jacket/hoodie on the bottom floor at night & laid towels on the bathroom floor since the tiles were so cold. But there were plenty of blankets in the closets so we were never cold while sleeping Dressers in the bedrooms would be nice The lower back patio was pretty grungy and dirty. Not sure it's been swept or cleaned in a while. The online pics made it look like it was a fully screened patio, but several had tears. The upper patio on main floor was clean & a relaxing place to read or check work emails The owner left us icecream & toppings (very kind), but no scooper
