Lake Expectations is centrally located to all your favorite Branson spots, within steps of the Lake Taneycomo shoreline, and promises gorgeous balcony views of the Ozark Hills. The condo is part of the Pointe Royale Resort featuring numerous amenities (listed below).


LAKE EXPECTATIONS CONDO: Sleeps 10 adults containing 2100 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus a loft with additional beds. 7 beds in all. 


FRONT BEDROOM: Queen bed - A full bathroom is located just off the front bedroom. 

MASTER BEDROOM: King bed - Master bedroom has it's own private bathroom and private access to the balcony with great views of the Ozark hills rising above Lake Taneycomo.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: King bed (with sofa pullout twin bed) - Upstairs bedroom has its own portable A/C unit. 

THE LOFT: Three twin beds. The loft and upstairs bedroom have it's own full bathroom.

3 FULL BATHROOMS: 2 downstairs including one located in the master bedroom and a full bathroom upstairs.

  • Full size washer and dryer is located next to the front bedroom. Detergent and fabric softener are in the cabinet above the units.
  • ROKU TVs are located in each bedroom and the living room. Cable is available with the living room TV.
  • Board games, cards, puzzles, etc. can be found in the storage bench under the stairs, by the dining room table. 
  • The kitchen comes stocked with all the cookware, dishes, utensils needed to cook/prepare your own meals.
  • Modern Electric Fireplace with heater.
  • Very fast Wifi (250+Mbps download and 50+Mbsp upload speeds)

  • No pets or animals of any kind allowed. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony, or on the front porch.
  • This is a second story condo with 16 steps up to the entrance. There is no elevator.
  • Check-In after 4pm, Check-out by 10am.

Branson Holiday

I wanted to experience and provide my family a Branson Holiday with my children and grandchildren. Staying at this property allowed us all to stay in the same space with private rooms, private bathrooms, and common areas to visit and share meals that were private to our family. This property was affordable and as nice in person as the pictures. Very centrally located for fishing, golf, pool, club house restaurant, and walking paths, everything was very short walks. Property owner was very nice and helpful during the check-in process. After check out the cleaning crew found my daughter’s AirPods, and Chris reached out to have them sent by mail. Very much appreciated!!

Girls’ Weekend!

This place was perfect! Would absolutely recommend! Neighborhood/ property was nice and quiet but had lots of amenities and nearby attractions and restaurants. The kind bed in master suite of living room was so awesome it fixed my hip pain I arrived with lol. (Wish I knew what mattress brand so I could purchase the same!) Would absolutely stay here again! Great location, Nice space, Temperature control troubles

Pointe Royale is a favorite of ours for quick trips to Branson. It’s a great location off the strip but not too far away. The pool, playground, and trail are fun for the kids. The lake is a great backdrop to back porch coffee in the morning. This particular condo was the perfect size for our group and had nearly everything we needed for a short stay. Some areas (carpets in particular) could use updating but the condo was very clean and would have been quite comfortable had it not been for difficulty with the temperature. When we arrived it was 80* inside the condo on the main floor and even hotter upstairs. We adjusted the thermostat and turned on all fans and mini-AC units. The temperature came down to 78* on the main floor but every time someone opened the front door it would jump 1-2* again. Upstairs was another issue and we weren’t sure how over half of our party would be able to sleep up there. We contacted the owner who responded quickly, apologized, and made sure we knew the tricks to some of the mini-AC units. None of that actually helped cool it down though. We eventually figured out that the bedroom AC unit was broken and was actually heating the room!! Thankfully we were able to get it fixed in time for it to start cooling the upstairs before we went to bed and they slept fine up there. But then the downstairs bedrooms ended up cold as the temperature in the condo finally came down over night. It didn’t ruin our stay but it did affect our first day for sure!

Beautiful Condo in Golf Community with many amenities

Enjoyed the area, and the condo was spacious and clean. The pools (inside and out) and the Pickle Ball courts were favorites of our 3 grandchildren that were with us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to prepare a meal, and puzzles, cards and games were available. We enjoyed a day at Silver Dollar City, the Haygoods performance (wonderful!), and other attractions. A great place to stay in Branson.

Lovely place!

Shared this property with the parents and other set of grandparents of our newborn grandson. Everything about our stay went according to expectations, and the other set of grandparents passed on many compliments about this great rental. Everyone loved the mattresses on their beds and commented on their good sleep. Husband and I felt bad we didn’t get the coffee pods at the cute little coffee bar replaced, as the weather was very conducive to a few good cups! We didn’t have the opportunity to use any of the amenities at Point Royale so can’t comment on those, but I don’t know how people could be disappointed with “Lake Expectations.” Owners even checked on us when they heard we had experienced a power outage from midnight to 7:30 am. Thank you, Chris & Julie!

Our experience was great! Large bedrooms, supplies for everything we needed! Grilled at the park right around the corner (walking distance). Perfect for the kiddos to share the loft beds (our one toddler likes to wander so she had to sleep in our room rather in the twin bed because the stairs aren’t carpeted and are slightly steep…but there is a pull out couch in the bedroom upstairs so worked out great)! A plus was fans for every room!! Made for amazing sleep! Clubhouse was easy to access and had an awesome pool for the kids and adults!!

The condo had everything a family would need for a great vacation. The six beds and two couches were enough to bed down our kids and adults. The furniture was new, and the rooms were well-decorated and clean. The kitchen had all the appliances one would need to fix an excellent dinner; there was even a fully furnished coffee bar. There was attention to detail, like numerous board games, extra blankets and pillows, and plenty of towels with toiletries in the bathrooms. They even mailed back to us two chargers we left behind. We would like to stay again.
