Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a walk-in unit with 3 steps required.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.

• Portable crib provided.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
