Hills & Valleys is a penthouse condo overlooking the beautiful Ozark trees in Holiday Hills. Holiday Hills is located just 5 minutes from downtown Branson/Branson Landing/Lake Taneycomo and includes a wide range of amenities: golfing, outdoor pools, fitness center, game room, volleyball, basketball. Our condo is located across from the large outdoor pool, Pro Shop and Grille. This penthouse has a beautiful living area, master suite with king bed, guest suite with queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, wireless internet, cable TV with ability to access Netflix and other streaming apps, private covered deck & much more!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Great place to stay while in Branson

We were there for a dance competition in dow town Branson and this condo was priced less than the convention center and right across the street is a giant inground pool and it had a ton of fun things for the kids to do on the clubhouse grounds. Very nice and clean and highly recommend!

Great stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Our host was extremely helpful, and she answered every question that I had in a timely manner. The check in process was easy, we had everything we needed, and the condo was clean. Our children enjoyed the pool, and everything was conveniently located. If we are ever in Branson again, I would definitely book with Peggy!

Great Experience!

I stayed at this condo for a weekend trip and was very impressed. Communication: The host, Peggy, was very easy to get ahold of and checked on me along the way. I had a special request and she was able to meet my request without hesitate. Location: The location was great. It took me about 5 minutes to get from the condo to the Branson Landing. Property: The property is located on a golf course so the grounds are beautiful. The condo had 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Each bedroom had a full bath which made it easy for a group of 3 to get ready in the morning. Peggy provided some staple items that some VRBOs don't offer. She had ample paper towels, detergent, dish soap, etc. The bathroom even had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The only negative, is that I only planned a weekend trip so my visit there was short-lived.
