Downstairs holds a bonus room, 3 bedrooms and a bunk room, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, 2 with bathrooms steps away. Enjoy indoor and/or outdoor dining areas. With multiple covered outdoor living spaces, you can comfortably enjoy your serene surroundings. Are you ready to kick back and relax? There is something for all ages to enjoy. From custom built in bunks, to luxurious spa like soaking tubs (in each primary suite). Smart tv’s in both living rooms and all bedrooms. Open both sets of sliders on the first level to bring the outdoors in and enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The Maia House has been arranged for you to have your own place to call home on Table Rock Lake.

Girls Trip

Wow! Wow! Wow! This property is absolutely beautiful! There were 9 of us that stayed, having 5 bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms made it very comfortable for everyone! We enjoyed the area, shows, shopping, but our favorite was just sitting around that big table talking and playing games! The house is decorated to perfection, it's obvious that a lot of thought went into it! Easy to get to and the owner was helpful during our stay! If I could suggest anything, it would be cut the trees so you can see the lake! We will be returning, either as our girl group or our families!

Big new modern lake house

Plenty of room for everyone with four ensuites and three additional sleeping areas sharing two hall baths plus a half bath on the main floor. The property is sparkling clean and in good order as pictured. Highly recommended.

Great Fall Getaway

The home is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is in a good location and quiet area. The kitchen is adequate. We were able to make breakfast for 6 each day. Super close to Silver Dollar City and not far from shopping too. We enjoyed the fire pit and golf cart was a plus also.

This home could be featured in a magazine! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The lake is a bit of a hike from the house, but worth the effort. The water is clean and refreshing. And a golf cart is included! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thrilled with this property!

Felt “at home” in this place. Loved the style, furnishings, that they had a Christmas tree up, that it was fairly close to the events we had booked, and the setting was beautiful. The only “unusual” thing we noted was that the nightstands were fastened to the wall in the bedroom we used and so could plug in chargers. Already checked dates for next year, but noted that the price will be almost double, so may not be able to do that.
