We had everything we needed, plenty of space, beautiful area - loved the room arrangements and even enjoyed having the cable tv because we didn't have to relocate streaming accounts for the trip. A wonderful choice for our stay!

What a wonderful place!! They had everything we needed. And owner was prompt on answering any questions!! I do want to point out that it's about a 2 block walk to pool and it is very hilly so unless you are in excellent shape that could be a struggle. And charcoal grills too are a bit of a hilly jaunt. But the place was clean and provided everything we needed including laundry soap and softener for our entire stay and huge washer and dryer. I would recommend this place to any family gatherings and would definitely come back to stay again!! They provided large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, coffee pods and plenty of pillows and blankets. The upstairs did get a bit warm but they had plenty of fand to use!! Great place!!

Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of beds for 7 people,the kitchen was well stocked with essentials,games,and TV's in every room. Great neighborhood. We had an amazing time!

Family Vacay

Our family of 10 adults and 1 toddler had a wonderful stay in this condo! Although the temperature was close to 100*, this condo was cool and comfortable! We had plenty of room to eat, sleep and play games! The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans and dishes making food prep easy! Thank you for allowing us to stay here! We had a great Family Vacay!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here and had a family of 9. The bedroom set up was perfect for three couples and three kids. Location was great and amenities were as stated. We enjoyed the little hiking trail on the property down by the river. We would definitely come back!

Branson Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful and just like the pictures. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and small appliances that you would need to cook. We would stay here again.

A place for friends to gether

This was a wonderful place to stay, everything is exactly as described within the listing. If you have a big group of friends or vamily and your wanting a place to stay down in Branson. This would be the one. First thing I will mention was that when I had a question for the host they were quick to respond and let me know the answers within a reasonable time.Next, the place its self is extremely nice and very well kept up on cleanliness. Everything was in working order, including the jetted tub. Saddly only enjoyed it on the last day before leaving. The location is spectacular including the fact that its a gated community with beautiful landscape all around and not just cause of the golf course. There was an indoor/outdoor pool that we got to enjoy, saddly while the hot tub was working was a little to crowded to join in when we visited the pool. Last but not least its not to far off from all the main activities and attractions located within Branson.So, I would highly recommend this place as your next vaction stay if your looking for a big place in Branson.

Get away to Branson

Property was good for our group..lots of room. Excellent location, close to many activities. Added benefits of indoor pool, exercise room..etc. couple of minor things not up to standard..bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Kitchen a little lacking and water was in Keurig machine & no pods( minor but a little more attention to detail was needed.

Handy location to clubhouse

Lots of sleeping options, no issues with our stay. The ease of getting to the clubhouse was great and also to the trail behind for a little hiking. Lots of games to play too. I would agree with other reviews, needs a deep clean (light fixtures, fans, intake grates. The only other weird thing was the living room light/fan had a mind of its own sometimes, (turned on when no one was pushing buttons??), but was never bad enough to call anyone. However, I would stay here again!

Quick winter trip

David was great to work with. We had a small issue when we got to the property, but it was quickly taken care of. The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed the extras like the gym and pickleball courts. The description was mostly as described. It looks like they are making some improvements/upgrades to the condo which will be nice, but meant things were a bit different that the photos online. Not a big difference, but different. If you go I think you will have a great time.

FAMILY FRIENDLY!

The condo definitely felt like it was a “Home away from Home!” It was very roomy, clean and had everything you needed. After very busy days out and about we always looked forward to coming back to relax and recharge. The indoor pool and playground was very kid friendly for our 4 grandchildren between the ages of 5 and 10. Exceptional communication with the property owner and check-in process. The complimentary Keurig coffee pods were a very nice touch! We definitely would recommend this condo and look forward to a return stay someday!

Perfect getaway for a mixed group with room for everyone.

We had a fantastic time at the condo. It was larger than we expected and had so much green space and beautiful views. I will definitely rebook next time I come to the area! We were a mixed group from Granny to 5 year old and all enjoyed our stay.
