Gîte de la Belle Epoque

Located in Brannens, a small village nestled in the South Gironde countryside, at the gateway to the Entre-deux-Mers region and the Bordeaux vineyards, our cottage welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. Housed in what was once the village school, this cottage, restored in 2022, will offer you all the comforts you need for a successful stay. It features a spacious entrance hall, a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room, three bedrooms (two queen-size beds and two single beds), one of which has a small private bathroom, a separate shower room, and a separate toilet with a hand basin. The cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning. To relax and enjoy the outdoors, you will have access to a large enclosed garden with a terrace, green spaces, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Parking is available on site. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for rent (fee-based services). The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib.
