The home is located in the Heart of the Ross Barnett Reservoir area. It has easy access to public boating dock , walking trails, parks and restaurants nearby. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Spillway Rd. It is close to Hwy 25 easily accessible to shopping in Dogwood Shopping mall in Flowood. It is a short drive to the new Brandon Amphitheater featuring many exciting concerts. There is a TV projector in the living area with Fire TV , access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The master bedroom has a 55 inch. All bedrooms have 43” Fire TV’s with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large backyard area has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine. The unit has Nest thermostats to make sure your stay is comfortable. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board.

Great location to get to everything, garage parking was a plus and size of house perfect for 6 people. Projector in livingroom with white wall was a fun setup.You can’t see the lake from the house, but it’s a nice neighborhood to walk around and get to the water.Recommendations: Bedroom and bathroom doors don’t shut easily due to age of house and cracked. Needs some repairs and the ceilings have several water stains so could have a roof leak. Skillets in kitchen need to be replaced. Completely scratched and that gets into food when cooking.

Very clean, towels and sheets smelled fresh, floors were very clean, large fences in back yard for the dogs. The house if very convenient to pretty much anything so that was great! Overall very satisfied! We would def stay there again.

Busted Birthday

Booked this property and another VRBO months before my Birthday.. but this property was double booked when we got there and the substitute property we were offered was too far for my guests to walk.. so most of us crammed into the other rental and shared 2 bathrooms.. definitely NOT what I planned
