The modern kitchen is fully equipped - with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. WiFi, smart home, flat TV, a personal safe. You can park in the underground car park or in front of the house, and there is also an electric charging station at the house. A ski room with shoe dryer is available to you in winter, and in summer there is a storage space for bicycles in the underground car park.

Das neue Apartmenthaus ist wunderbar auf hohem architektonischen Niveau von dem Bregenzer Architekturbüro gestaltet und handwerklich umgesetzt. Die Details und die Materialien machen Freude. Nach Skifahren und Wandern kann man schön in der eingebauten Dampfsauna in der Dusche relaxen. Der wunderbare Blick auf die Berge aus dem Apartment hat uns begeistert. Für das leibliche Wohlbefinden hält der kleine "Hofladen" im EG ein paar regionale Produkte bereit. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Schön wäre noch im Wohnbereich neben dem Schlafsofa ein Sessel und ein fahrbares Tischchen.

Das Gebäude und das Apartment sind ein architektonisches Meisterwerk, in dem das Handwerk im Vordergrund steht - das spürt man sofort. Man sieht die Liebe im Detail und als Gast fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment Willkommen und kann das Apartment und das Brandnertal sofort genießen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und das Angebot mit dem Hofladen und dem Brötchenservice ist ein Traum für jeden Gast, der auch ein Auge für das nachhaltige und regionale Angebot hat. Toller Aufenthalt.

Top moderne Gelegenheit, sehr zu empfehlen

Top modern, sehr geräumig, schöner Ausblick, warm beheizt, Küchenausstattung umfassend, Tiefgarage und Lift top, Zugang per Code, Dusche großzügig. Frühstücksbestellung bei Bäckerei hat gut geklappt ins Dorf ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Vom Bett aus hatte man Blick auf die Schesaplana. Von der Straße hört man nichts die Fenster dichten top ab. - Ein paar zusätzliche Möbel könnten hilfreich sein, z.B. ein Spiegel im Eingangsbereich, ein Couchtisch oder eine weitere Ablage im Bad. - Heizung schien nicht regelbar zu sein und war tendenziell fast zu warm (bei Sonnenschein südseitig bis zu 26 Grad). - Sauberkeit war gut, vielleicht ein kleines bisschen staubig im Wohnzimmer, aber das kann der trockenen Heizungsluft geschuldet sein.
