This spacious alpine-style apartment offers room for up to eight guests, ideal for families or groups of friends.

It features three bedrooms, each with its own shower bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The third bedroom is designed as a high-quality bunk-bed room, crafted from solid wood with warm tones and thoughtful details, creating a cozy retreat especially loved by younger guests.

The fully equipped kitchen and large dining table invite shared moments. The balcony offers unobstructed views of the Brandner mountain panorama. A comfortable seating area provides space to relax.

The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath, a relaxation room with outdoor access and fresh Brandner spring water. Massages are available on request.

A ski and outdoor drying room and a ski and bike storage room are available.

For a delightful start to the day, a small farm shop with high-quality regional products is available in the house. The selection in the self-service refrigerators is complemented by a bookable bread roll service from a local master baker.

Glück im Brandnertal :-)

Sehr schön. Mit viel Holz und tollen Schwarz-weiss Bildern vom früheren Leben im Brandnertal. Toll, dass das Tal und die Berge so mit in die Wohnung integriert werden, das spricht für ein gutes Bewusstsein und Dankbarkeit für die außergewöhnliche Schönheit dieser Region. Schöner Wellnessbereich, da kann man sich wirklich gut erholen. Schön, dass man mit dem Rauschen des Bergbaches einschlafen kann, schöner Blick ins Grüne. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre, sehr praktisch. Palüdbahn auch direkt gegenüber. Ich finde mit dem Brandnerhus ist Euch echt was Gutes gelungen. :-) Es wäre toll, wenn ein Schrank in der Küche frei wäre, um die Lebensmittel verräumen zu können. Haken für die Geschirrtücher wären gut und wir haben keine Butterdose gefunden.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten bei der Dateneingabe und damit auch beim checkin - irgendwie wurden die Daten zwischen den drei gebuchten Apartments überschrieben. Das wäre super, wenn ihr euch das nochmal anschaut.

Hat alles super gepasst, aber Verbesserungen sind notwendig ! Es währe bei Ankunft in der Wohnung ein Einfürhungs-Flyer sinnvoll, mit Erläuterungen wo was zu finden ist (Spa Bereich, Müllraum etc. Es fehlen Beschriftungen an der Mülltür im EG. Sauna Beschriftung im Spa Bereich, Bio-Sauna, Finnische Sauna. Die Tür zur Finnischen Saune ist defekt, reparatur dringend erforderlich !
