Just 20 km from Brive-la-Gaillarde and close to tourist sites (25 km from Rocamadour, 7km from Collonges red), this beautiful house, fully renovated, is part of an old farmhouse, which gives it an effect very valuable old-new. Designed for 4 persons (1 couple and 2 children, for example), you will spend a quiet holiday and nature.

Consisting of a ground floor (40 m2) and a floor (40 m2), the house has every comfort for 4 people:
- 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc..)
- 1 dining area with 6 seats (including baby high chair)
- 1 bathroom (WC, shower)
- 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and 2 single beds (cot available)
- TV, Hi-Fi system, games, toys, etc.

Le gîte est spacieux, dans de la vieille pierre (ce qu'on aime en Corrèze) mais rénové complètement. Meublé avec goût et d'une propreté exemplaire, le confort est assuré. Quand vous réservez ce gîte vous achetez le silence. Situé dans un hameau en pleine campagne, la vue sur les champs et la nature est idéale. Très bon accueil....adresse à retenir sans inquiétude

Ce gîte est situé dans un petit hameau où le silence est roi. Très bien équipé,

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gîte lumineux. Sa situation pour découvrir la région est parfaite. Beaucoup de choses à visiter à 30 kms à la ronde. De belles randonnées au départ du gite. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par le propriétaire, mais également par les locaux qui aiment leur région. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le silence que nous rencontrons rarement aujourd'hui. Nous y reviendrons et le conseillons vivement.

Accueil très chaleureux de Jean-Pierre dans cette maison retapée et décorée avec goût. Elle est très propre et bien équipée avec un grand jardin, parfait pour des enfants en bas âges. De plus, très bien située, elle est proche de beaucoup de sites touristiques comme Rocamadour (35 min), gouffre de Padirac ou Collonges la Rouge, ect... Jean-Pierre est disponible pour tout renseignements et met à la disposition des locataires de nombreux documents touristiques. Bref, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances! Merci beaucoup!

Nature , vieilles pierres ,authenticité , gastronomie et bon vin .

Très bon séjour. Gîte spacieux, bien équipé, propre ( literie irréprochable) ,entouré de verdure et très calme. Seuls les sons de la nature nous bercent , et près de la maison un animal insolite a pris ses quartiers . Le lieu est bien situé pour visiter la région et les activités Nature sont nombreuses. Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et avenant . Bref , si vous aimez Nature et vieilles pierres ....... Venez aux Escures de Branceilles.

Een leuk verblijf in een riante cottage "à la campagne"

In deze vakantiewoning is alle comfort aanwezig, een goed uitgeruste keuken met ruime ijskast, wasmachine & vaatwasser, een living met eethoek & salon met TV. Op de boven verdieping zijn 2 éénpersoonsbedden voorzien & een wel heel smal tweepersoonsbed, met z'n 140 cm een echte twijfelaar. De badkamer was in orde. Beddengoed & handdoeken zijn niet voor handen, de finale schoonmaak moet door de huurder zelf gebeuren en kan niet mits vergoeding uitbesteed worden. Er is geen WIFI aanwezig. Tenslotte is de discrete betrokkenheid van de verhuurder een absoluut pluspunt, hij heeft ons als een bekwame gids bijgestaan om alle bezienswaardigheden in de streek te bezoeken. Een aanrader !

Un séjour ressourçant

Nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour en Corrèze dans un gîte très confortable avec une vue superbe sur la nature verdoyante et vallonnée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et le silence que nous étions venus chercher dans cette région aux multiples facettes et nous avons pu découvrir de nombreux villages parmi les plus beaux de France! Nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine.
