2 km from shops and close to the town of Saumur, this pied-à-terre is ideal for visiting the troglodyte sites, the Cadre Noir of Saumur and its horses, the mushroom farms and the picturesque villages of Turquant and Montsoreau, as well as Fontevraud Abbey. Also discover the Loire Anjou Touraine National Park, the Loire Valley châteaux, the vineyards of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, and more.

It features a large 40m² living room with lots of charm: wooden beams, tufa walls, parquet flooring, antique wooden doors, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with access to the covered terrace through a bay window.

A first bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 190cm), shower and vanity, plenty of storage space, and a television. Door leading outside.

The cottage is located near the owners' home and adjoins the "L'Aromate" cottage, which can accommodate 4 people.

Secured covered parking is shared with the Arômate cottage, via a gate. Wi-Fi internet access is available. All-inclusive rates (except cleaning).
