I loved this place!! They had so many nice touches from a welcome note in the room to great towels and much more. I simply cannot say enough about everything there..even had a washcloth!(not common in European hotels)

Location perfect. Premium room with balcony - room spacious and beds comfortable.Very quiet. Balcony a lovely retreat after a busy day to chill in sun with city views. Staff very helpful- Pedro paricularly ( recommended good restaurant and successfully printed off bus tickets for us) Good breakfast. It would be nice if cafe had more selection of alcoholic drinks and was open later than 7 - a minor point as there are bars nearby and a pingo doce supermarket 5 mins walk away. We had brunch in adjoining cafe twice which had a good range and well priced. It would be useful if hotel staff could advise about where booked taxis could pick up as it is on a pedestrian street. Our Airpot transfer taxi did not turn up - fortunately the taxi rank is 5 mins walk away but we then paid almost double. Altogether a lovely stay in a good hotel.

Really sweet central hotel

We had a lovely stay in Braga over the Easter holiday. The hotel is really well situated, nicely decorated, with friendly staff but the heating and air conditioning system is operated for the whole hotel so we were unable to change the settings and got quite hot in the room. Having said that, it wasn’t a major issue. We had a standard room so the shower room was small but functional and with nice toiletries although no hairdryer. A personal welcoming message was left for us in the room which was really sweet. So all in all I would stay there again and recommend this hotel.
