New Furniture new flooring . Turn-key Ready. Condo is very clean and well maintained. Lakeside is a Gated community. Close to all shopping and several Restaurants to choose from. Includes everything Electric, Water and Trash, Internet. No Smoking. Must be approved by association. Must have a 700 FICO score to stay there over 2 weeks. Condo Association gets background check for all who stay here over two weeks. Association can take up to 30 days to approve tenants. Please book early.
