You'll love this remodeled 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceiling and a screened in patio on waterfront. Master Bedroom has a King Bed (new 21). Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed (new 21). Living Room has a Hide-A-Bed (gel queen XL, new 22) so unit sleeps a max. 6. full washer and dryer, New Kitchen Cabinets and Granite Countertops (new 22). All new Kitchen appliances, +espresso and Kuerig . Also new in 21, entire unit painted, new Bedroom,Dining Room furniture and New Bathroom Vanities. The Shorewalk Resort features a Clubhouse, two Heated Large Pools (always 86 F) , two Hot Tubs, Tennis, Pickleball, Ping-pong, Shuffleboard, Basketball, Playground, Grills, etc. Located one block off of Cortez which is a straight shot out to Anna Maria Island beaches (6 mi/ 10min).
