The condo was perfect for our stay. It was a little warm when we first arrived and it took us a little while to find live sports on the tv, but we got it all sorted out.. Beautiful place

We had such a nice time in Anna Maria and our stay was so comfortable in this condo. It was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Kitchen was just what we needed! Beach chairs need to be updated but we left two beach umbrellas in the closet. Beautiful condo and the screened in patio was such an added bonus!! Stay here you won’t be sorry..and not far from the beaches at all!!

October Getaway

We have rented several units in this area and this one was by far the best! The check in process was seamless and the service for the small issue (changing the filter on the refrigerator) we had while staying there was amazing! The unit was spotless and all amenities where there down to access to the storage closet that was stocked with all essentials for the beach!

Super nice

It was a beautiful place to stay very close to the beach and restaurants nice area lots of activity to do and beaches are so nice. the property it’s on the third floor and very clean, modern decor beds were comfy nice size of the rooms, and bathrooms, kitchen was nice everything you need , living room has good amount of seating and comfy and porch is big and nice and the view of the lake and all those palm trees it’s beautiful. The only thing I will mention is you don’t get a code for the gate entrance so you have to call security every time and show your ID and so one of the morning my husband got stuck outside of the gate because for whatever reason the call for the security guard wasn’t working so he had to park outside of the gate and walk to the property which was not fun at all because we had so much to do and there was no time to waste. And property management did try to help us. But overall it’s a beautiful place I highly recommend this property you will not regret it’s beautiful.

Lovely stay!

The place was immaculately clean! Very important for me as we had our 2 and 4 yo with us. Also a huge plus that they had a high chair, pack n play and its additional mattress available. We enjoyed the amenities and very convenient location close to Anna Maria Island. Would return again!

Luxury away from home!

If you are looking for a deliciously styled condo with all the amenities this is probably your place!! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!! Super clean and the kitchen was much better equipped with pots and pans than I expected based on the info. Location is gated and it’s a short drive/bike over to Anna Marie Island. And the property manager was great to work with.

Perfect Stay For A Regatta

We were here for a regatta and this was the perfect stay for us. It gave us an escape from the race course and was perfectly located with lots to do. The condo has everything you need and very spacious! Only wish is that there was access to the walking paths of the larger part of the property. Would be ideal for morning walks while others sleep in or evening walks after dinner.
