The place was perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean and quiet. A very nice neighborhood. And the river on the backside was beautiful. The location is unbeatable. It’s a very short trip to the he grocery store, gas station, restaurants and only a few minute drive to AMI. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Waterview Oasis

This was an excellent unit for my purposes. I was by myself in the area to visit friends for a few days. The unit was clean as a pin. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances one needs for a brief stay (though ice-cube trays would be a nice addition). Bathroom and shower were clean and just the right size. Entrance and exit was easy and well-lit. Quiet location and setting.

Wonderful find

Nice appointed studio with all the commodities you need for a vacation in this beautiful area of Florida ´s West Coast.Clean,comfortable,in a conveniant location, in a quiet neighborhood.Large deck with a view on a small canal where are many species of ducks and birds.Beaches are just a 10 minutes drive away. The hosts,Joe and Cheryl are there to make sure everything is ok and you have all you need.I spent a wonderful week and I just can’t wait to go back.

Interior Designed?

The place is immaculate. All high-quality fixtures, appliances & furniture. Bathroom has an awesome showerhead / hand-held. Large size flat screen TV. To me, it looks like it was recently furnished by an interior designer. Nice touches. Pleasant interior. Great ventilation in the room. Nice kitchenette. Appreciate having the fridge & microwave. Nice having the two glass bottles of water in the fridge upon arriving. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Location is perfect. In a safe pleasant neighbourhood allowing walks in the evening while feeling safe. The apartment is in the back of the owners’ house with a private entrance. Owners are available if anything is needed. Other than that, you are on your own with full privacy. It was nice having the whole backyard & deck to myself looking at the small river with its wildlife. A Publix grocery store about a mile away. Whole Foods close by on Rte-64. I rarely say this about a place … I definitely will keep this one on the top of my list to use again if/when I need to. Much thanks and appreciation to the owners All the best, Jill
