This property has absolutely everything you need to entertain people of all ages. Really loved having double washer and dryers, and plenty of towels to use. Private pickleball was a huge plus and close to the beach!

Fantastic stay!

We are so happy that we found out about this property from friends who had visited last year and highly recommended it! There were 12 of us in all. It's on a nice quiet cul-de-sac and has so much to do right on the property! We loved the huge, private backyard, the many games in both the backyard and garage (very clean and more like another room), the large kitchen table where we all fit comfortably for both meals and games, the decorating, the pool, how clean everything was (extremely important to us), nice linens, comfortable beds, nice double washer and dryer, and the ease of communication with the hosts. What wonderful family memories we now have of our time there!

Great location for 12 people

Just spent 10 days in this house with my family, we had 7 adults, 5 children from age 1- 11. Plenty of space for us. Kids really enjoyed the pool, adults had fun with pickleball court. House was very clean and well maintained, overall a good location especially if you have young children.

Great Family Home- so much to do!

This house has it all! Private pool, pickleball, basketball, cornhole, yard bowling, a play set, ping pong, foosball… plus a decent number of reclining chairs and other sitting areas for anyone that just wanted to relax. We had 3 families stay and everyone loved it from us grown ups to our teenagers and elementary aged kids. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towel if you have a larger family or group here. We went through the supplied stuff FAST. There is a fridge/freezer in the house and one in the garage so plenty of food space. Lots of cabinets for dry goods too. MAJOR PERK was the two clothes washers and two clothes dryers. It was so nice to have that! Location was quiet and comfortable. We walked/ran most days and the area is very nice. There's a bridge and inlet down the road that there are lots of manatee! That was fun to see. Beaches on Anna Marie are 10-15 minutes away (driving) depending on traffic. Great restaurants too. We went to Coquina beach twice (lots of parking!) and Holmes beach (get there early for easier parking). Overall, this was a fantastic rental experience! Communication was clear, fast, and easy with the Owners. The house was perfect for our vacation and we had an amazing trip.

Great Property!

We had a great stay here. The house was very clean and organized. The kids spent most of their time in the pool and the backyard which was great! We appreciated the double washer and dryer and the outdoor fridge for drinks. It’s a really nice place. We would stay there again.

Awesome place, great location and superb communication!

We were a party of 7 adults and two littles, and this place was PERFECT! Great communication with the hosts throughout the entire process. The location was great for zipping over to Anna Maria Island. The pool and backyard were a HUGE HIT. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home & Location

We had a terrific stay and a couple questions/concerns were addressed immediately with the owners. The house was clean, organized, nicely decorated and plenty of space for sleeping for family from infant to seniors. The garage activities, pool and backyard were amazing. Endless options to keep everyone busy and didn’t have to venture to a park or find something to do elsewhere. We did have family from TN so they wanted to see the beach and it was a quick drive just right over the bridge. The kitchen had all the necessities and the two washers/dryers were extremely convenient. Bathrooms had great shower heads and water pressure. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms were much appreciated to help keep our kiddos asleep. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

A Great Time Was Had By All!!

This was awesome for our family getaway. Large gathering spaces and tables for family meals together and space around the pool. Plenty to do in the back yard and games in the garage. Owners were super attentive to everything we ask for. Highly recommend! We were a family of 8 adults and 3 littles:)

What a great house! So much to do, so clean and updated. Really just a phenomenal job by the hosts to make sure the posting was accurate and we enjoyed our stay. During our trip it was mentioned by the group several times how we would feel comfortable coming back to this exact house every year for a vacay. 5 stars!

Annual Family Vacation

There were 9 adults and 9 grandchildren from 16 year old to 6 week old. The yard and pool were made for our outdoor active family. The beach is a 8-20 minute drive depending on the time you leave the house. Biking was a great option. The house had all the amenities and the kitchen was well equipped. The laundry facilities were amazing with two modern washers and dryers. The outdoor grill was convenient for several meals. I would highly recommend this for any family and would stay here again.

Family Time in Manatee County

We had a great stay at the "Giggling Gecko". Beds were extremely comfortable. The yard was huge and had lots of activities for all ages. Having 2 sets of washer/dryers was terrific. The house had lots of beach toys/ chairs. It did take some planning to get to the beach because the bridge out could often be congested.

Bradenton Vacation

The property had enough activities for our grandchildren to keep them happy. The area beaches were definitely enjoyed as well. Our family enjoys cooking and sharing meals together and the kitchen and dining area was great for that.
