Property not in the best condition. Broken drawer in kitchen, dinning room table was very unstable and cracks in the floor. Pool was a disappointment. Although the property manager informed us the pool gets serviced on Tuesday, one would think they would check the day of arrive to ensure cleanliness. Pool was not clean and there were broken pieces of the pool skimmer on the deck. We informed property manager and they said they would send maintenance over, but they never showed.

The house was clean.the appliances are up to date.the second bathroom was in laundry room..toilet needs to be fixed and shower needs a new mat .the main bathroom could use a new shower curtain .the pool was dirty when we arrived. I called and did not get any satisfaction. I called for 9 days before i could get a manager to call me back.she was not aware of the situation. She actually came to the house and took pi tures of the pool and the pool area which has not been maintained..full of cobwebs and leaves all over the top of the screen.the lawn was not mowed along with junk laying along the fence on the inside .if you have kids would be dangerous. For the amount of money you pay to have a pool.its not right that management doesn't check on there maintenance team which SUCKS.The pool needs to be drained and the screen around the pool needs to be power washed ..the cover over the drain on bottom of the pool was off and filter cover busted.If i had small children would have been a major problem because someone would have gotten hurt.I was reimbursed 2 xtra days but that wasnt nearly enough compensation curtain for the amount

Pictures are accurate. The property and pool are lovely. The location was much further from the beach than we thought. It would take 30-60 minutes depending on traffic.
