This 3 Bedroom Duplex is located in East Bradenton near Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, and close to Sarasota. It is near Lake Manatee State Park, Bradenton Motorsports Park, Fort Hamer Park, the Florida Railroad Museum, and Downtown Lakewood Ranch. We have renovated our home for maximum comfort with modern touches and with a fenced yard for children and pets. Our home is child and pet friendly. Ask if you need both sides of the duplex for 6 beds 2 baths total.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a private yard, and a coffee maker.
