This house is fabulous for large families. Immaculate property with every amenity you could ask for. The owners were extremely easy to deal with and very attentive to the small details. The large pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing and the outdoor patios with large TVs Are perfect for viewing football games.

Amazing trip

We booked the house for a baseball tournament at IMG academy but this changed from a baseball trip to a true vacation! This house is so well stocked! There was everything we needed to enjoy the beach, paddle board, and fish! Location was amazing, close to everything. House was super clean and well stocked and the owners responded to everything super fast. If we ever play baseball here again, we will stay here!

Great spot for multiple families

We stayed at this property for a 50th Anniversary vacation for my parents. We had four different families and the space in this home was perfect. We all had our own areas of the house and didn't feel on top of each other. Large bedrooms, lots of beds, and tons of seating! The kids LOVED the pool and all the games. A quick 15-minute drive over to Anna Maria Island to the beach was perfect. Would recommend!

Great House and Amenities

We drove to FL from NY and stayed mid-March. The house is amazing along with the amenities. The dishwasher leaked and the landlord had it fixed albeit the last day we were there. There is no foosball table as advertised in the photos which was a bit of a let-down as we are avid players, but all in all, great house, great location and great hosts.

Family Vacation

Wonderful stay! Plenty of space for our family of 13. Plenty of parking room, too. The pool was fantastic! Enjoyed chatting with James the pool guy. Told us where to find manatees in the neighborhood. Lots to do in the house when it rains. Close to shopping, churches, beach, restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of spices, condiments, paper products. Loved having 3 full sized fridges and 2 ovens. We had 2 birthdays during the week and we could all fit around the big table. Loved taking the bikes out for a spin and one family member fished at the dock every morning. We would definitely stay there again despite not being on the beach. Thank you, Jennifer, for your speedy responses when we had questions!

Last minute stay

This was a last minute booking due to the house that we had booked being cancelled. This house was wonderful. There 10 to 12 people staying but due to near by friends and relatives we had 14 to 20 each night for supper. I can't thank Jennifer enough for turning out nightmare into such a wonderful weeo

Family vacation

As advertised. Family vacation. Kids stayed busy with the pool, shuffleboard, basketball and 3 family room tvs. Great workout room to for a change of pace. Bedroom layout was great with added privacy.

50 Anniversary Celebration

Property was perfect for children and adults. It had everything from paddle boards to sand toys. Rooms were spacious and a ton of bathrooms. Location was close to Anna Maria Island and all its activities. Jen and Jamie were easy to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Spring Break

This house was absolutely wonderful. Communication with the host and property manager was helpful and easy. We were able to have two large families stay comfortably . (14 people in all.) We loved the beautiful pool area, amazing kitchen and large dinning table (where many rounds of games were played!) We enjoyed seeing the area- traveling to Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. Swordfish grill was a fun and close restaurant for our whole crew- with great food and live music. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Loved it….didn't want to leave!!!

This house had everything we could need/want. We stayed with 3 families which included kids/teenagers/adults totaling at times 19 guests. Even with a big group this house never felt small. Very spacious with tons to do. The bikes, kayaks, flat boards, pool, hot tub, fishing poles, games-were awesome! The private dock to fish or use the boards/kayaks was a great bonus. We saw tons of fish and even dolphins. Sunset view was great as well. It supplied chairs, coolers, umbrellas for the beach. House resides in a residential area that is safe to bike/walk and can even walk a short distance to see the manatees. The owners were always there with prompt responses if we had questions. We loved it and highly recommend this property.

Perfect house for Large Group

This house was great. Kitchen was big enough to have everyone eat at the same time sitting down and plenty of room to cook for 17! The boys loved the games and pool. Close proximity to the beach. Overall great house!

Great home for large family and kids!

We enjoyed our time in this home! A big bonus was the 3 sets of washers and dryers. Located in a convenient area and Anna Maria has some of the prettiest beaches!

This house is nice for a large group. Has a very large kitchen and plenty of seating. There are 2 sets of metal curvy steps inside. Not good for elderly. Close to AMI. House could use some more outdoor furniture around outside bar area. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub
