First floor, end unit, 3BR condominium in the gated Lakewood National Golf and Country Club community. The golf course, pickle ball, tennis court, fitness areas and pool are as nice as any resort in Florida.

The condo has 55 in High Definition TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room with a DVR. High speed internet and a printer is there for you every day needs.

We recently installed a full unit water filtration system., ensuring the best water quality throughout the unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook at home or entertain. If there is something you need, I will have it at your doorstep ASAP.

LOOK NO FURTHER IN LAKEWOOD RANCH!!!!!

First of all, Mark is the best landlord/ manager EVER! I rented many VRBOs, hands down this is my favorite. Mark is quick to respond and super efficient. The condo itself is so comfortable, clean, very inviting. I played all the courses in the vicinity, and Lakewood NATIONAL is the MOST fun, well kept and challenging (Piper). I would definitely recommend this unit! I am coming back for sure!!!

Great getaway

Great Relaxing Holiday

The condo at Lakewood National was just what we needed for a relaxing time away over the holidays. The ground floor unit made it very convenient and we had everything we could possibly need. The owner was super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit and Lakewood National has many great amenities.

Awesome! Great location, great condo!

This condo was awesome! We needed some temporary housing while our house was completed in Lakewood Ranch. Since I work from home, I really needed a place with a separate office. This place is listed as 2 bedrooms, but there is a really nice separate office with a desk and printer if you need to work like I did. This place was perfect for us! The unit is brand new and all of the furnishings and household items are new as well. You don't need to bring a thing. Super fast internet connection, cable TV and an amenity center with a huge resort style pool and clubhouse. You can order a great selection of food from the grill and eat it all out by the pool. The owner was fantastic to work with and extremely responsive! Grab this unit if you have the chance - this place was perfect!
