The community of Shorewalk is close to the IMG Academy, Anna Maria Island, and Bradenton Beach. The community boasts a large resort-style pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a gorgeous clubhouse where you can gather with family for a BBQ by the pool!

Upon entering the condo, you will find a light and airy atmosphere. To the right of the front door, you will find the large kitchen! There is a wonderful breakfast table that can accommodate up to four comfortably. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the large living space and has plenty of countertop space for you to prepare your family's favorite treats! The gorgeous wooden dining table can accommodate up to four comfortably. The living room has two large plush couches and a 42” Smart TV for your enjoyment.
Your master suite awaits! This bedroom has a king-size bed, a large dresser, and stunning views of the lake. The ensuite master bathroom includes a large vanity, a closet, and a giant walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and offers plenty of space to unwind after a day at the pool. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo.

The patio includes outdoor seating for four with views of the wonderful lake in every direction.

Florida vacation

Good neighborhood, close to grocery and beaches. We loved the pool and friendly staff. Our apartment needed some updating and repair, which I alerted the property manager about.

A lot of good things to say about the location, the size and more but found it hard to get over how old and dirty the carpeting is. I’d consider returning next year but not without knowing the carpets are new.

Some suggestions

Hi. I was disappointed in the blinds. Both the front of the unit and the back we're missing blinds which was exposing the bedroom to the outside. And the bedroom is where you need the most privacy. There was also blinds missing in the kitchen window and the balcony door. I hope that you'll fix that before we return next year. Also the mattress is very lumpy and should be replaced.
