The pool patio has a heated pool and spa, fenced in backyard. There are numerous amenities: pots, pans & utensils, new stainless steel appliances (coffee maker & Keurig), high speed WiFi (400mbps) throughout the home. Book today

House located in Bradenton city. 5 minutes away from IMG Academy. 7 minutes away from Golf Course. 10 min away from Indian Beach. 10 min away from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport. 20 minutes away from Anna Maria Island and Lido Key Beach. 30 min from Siesta Key Beach. A lot of stores and restaurants in the area. We have super fast internet and a work space with desk and chair so if you work remotely.

All house, patio and backyard area can be used by the guests. Fenced yard. Fire Pit located at the yard with sitting area for 8 people. Private heated pool and spa (Please note that during outside temperature drops below 75F Spa and Pool may not be able to heat the water to desire temperature). Spa temperature can be controlled by remote located on a Spa

Affordable rental with a great pool (3.5 stars)

Pros: Igor is a very responsive and kind host; the pool is great and there are lots of pool toys and towels provided; beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are provided; the property is spacious; great price for the space and amenities Cons: The water filter on the fridge doesn’t work so you have to buy water or drink tap; there are only 3 complete sets of silverware (there were 9 of us), the oven automatically sets to 900 degrees so it’s difficult to use; the second queen bed is a partial futon (not comfy); the neighborhood is quiet but rough to look at; parts of the floor are coming up in the living room and each bedroom

It works

This home was perfect for our needs and a great last minute find. Listing information and pictures are accurate. 4 bedrooms, but to be fair one bedroom is directly off of the kitchen and provides access to the backyard and pool area, not a big deal just a note. 10:00 check out is tough, but so it goes. Nice neighborhood, quiet and convenient to all the necessary things you may need. Easily recommend this property, enjoy your stay.

Not walking distance to IMG Academy.

Recent Hurricane Milton, left a mess, understandably. Effort had been made to clean up, but the rusted out grill, dirty oven, damaged refrigerator, & nonfunctioning lights & fans were not convenient for our stay. Posted instructions would be helpful, for guests.
