Upgraded carpet featured in the guest suite as well as a remodeled guest bath..... Attached two stall garage. A truly incredible home is waiting for you. You have access to many options...centered around the River Club at Waterlefe featuring a Restaurant, Bar, Fitness Center, Meeting Space, Tiki Bar and Jr Olympic Pool, Golf Club access Cable TV, WIFI and Internet.

Minimum seasonal lease of 4 months beginning December 1 2023 or January 1 2024 until the end of April 2024 or longer. Basic Spectrum cable, waste management and monthly pool care is include. Monthly rental does not include monthly utilities. No pets or smokers.
