The host was extremely responsive prior to booking and throughout our stay. The house exceeded all of our needs: space, cleanliness, amenities, location. The backyard kept our group of teenage boys busy for hours! Highly recommend for your stay!

Great house in Brandenton

The house was close to AMI and in a nice area. Very convenient to get to beaches. The house has an excellent backyard with options for adults and children! We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. We had 3 families 12 people all together 6-adults the rest all young men from 16-26 in age. We loved the pickleball court and pool area, the indoor game room was a great add to the home. The home was equipped with towels, laundry detergent, soap and kitchen supplies newer appliances … the beds were very comfortable and we rate this home a 10 out of 10The property is fenced in a very doggie friendly..

Great place to stay!

The pictures on vrbo make the rooms seem bigger than they are but that wasn’t a problem. We absolutely loved the pool, hot tub and children’s play set …. that came in handy for my 2 year old granddaughter. Communication with management was easy and never an issue. We will definitely consider this location again.

Great house

This house is beautifully and tastefully appointed. Fab huge backyard with large pool and hot tub. We had a family reunion for Thanksgiving and we could not have enjoyed this property more. 8 minute drive from stores and restaurants. 13 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms! The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out and it had everything we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving get away! Since most of us flew in, we especially appreciated having so many items included at the house - from towels to dish soap to baby items and so much more, the host made it so easy to just bring suitcases and food….everything else was there! The house has lots of fun things to do, it is close to beautiful beaches and many attractions, and was easy to get to from the Sarasota airport! We will definitely book again!

Amazing backyard!

We are a group of neighbors which include 8 adults and 4 children. Each couple got their own room and the kids got to share a room. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone and the backyard was a hit! We had an issue with the door code on our second day and got locked out. The owner responded immediately and took care of the problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Christmas Vacation

Property was perfect for a family of 11. It had enough space for all of us and activities to do at the house (pool, games, hot tub). The backyard was beautiful. Location was centrally located close to grocery stores, fast food, the beach and Anna Maria Island. If you enjoy pickleball, the recreation center was about a mile away. Host was very responsive when needed.

Just as it was listed! My family of 9 stayed here, they all loved it! Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Beautiful landscaped backyard with pool, hot tub and children’s play area. Lots of loungers and seating for outdoor fun! Minutes away from Walmart/food. Also, easy access to the beautiful white sand beaches! My family already wants to come back!

Expectations Met!

Beautiful home with plenty of space especially having 4 bathrooms. We were a family of 10. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The game room and the pool were great! The beautiful beaches were only 15 mins away and the house was well equipped with beach essentials. We would definitely go back:)

Great pool!

We had 8 guys down for a golf weekend and this house served us well. The weather was cool (60's) but we still managed to swim in the heated pool. The hot tub was sensational. Very spacious outdoor patio area. The house itself had plenty of room for 8 adults. The primary suite is large enough to be its own property. We would stay here again, we had no issues, and everything was simple. Thanks for hosting us!

Company Offsite

We hosted a company offsite for 10 of my employees. The house was perfect for a large group. The communication with the host was excellent. We requested changes to the temperature in the house and they made the changes within minutes. Zero compaints. Would definitely book again.

very nice

we were closer to the beach than we thought we would be. In just 2 roads and maybe 10-15 mins at most we were at Holmes Beach. We stayed with our family of 12 - plenty of room for everyone. The added cost of the pool heater turned out to be a great investment for our family, as we swam every day. Bonus- theres a pickleball court in the backyard. Which was not there when we originally booked. The icemaker was not working when we got there- but let them know, and it was fixed 2 days later. This was a NICE place.

Our host were very responsive. They replied no later than 5 mins to any concerns we had. This house is cute and pretty spacious. The home itself could use some fixing up. Minor updates/maintenance like paint, wood chippings could make the house feel higher end.. Master bedroom is huge- two walk in closets but honesty a waste of space considering no one would use all that space unless they were staying long term. Quality of bed, pillows, blankets were luxurious. Overall we were happy with the house. Thank Jenny for helping me with all the minor concerns we had. You were pleasant to work with.

Family vacation

My husband, our 3 sons w/ their wives and 5 grandchildren stayed at the house for a 5 day vacation—-our first “airplane” vacation in 5 years with the grandchildren. The house was perfect for our family of 13. The bedrooms were roomy for everyone, the kitchen well equipped, we dined outdoors next to the pool, & the sectional in the living room was room for everyone with the kids doing coloring & games on the large lower table in front of the sectional. We spent most of our time outdoors—-the pool was large with room for all swimmers!! The storage shed had an assortment of pool toys & beach chairs along with sand toys. We left several toys as well including a cooler for others to enjoy when the create their own memories! There is a large cement/paver area seated area ( not sure if it is an oversized fire pit??) but we used it one night for a dance competition & one night for a talent show hosted & produced by our 7 year old granddaughter!! So fun!!! The beach is 15 min. Drive & Holy Cow ice cream shop was a hit after the beach. The house is awesome for a large family with a fenced yard playground area. We would stay again!!!!
