Exactly As advertised. John was easy to communicate with but we had no need to after arriving. Condo was clean and quiet. Good location, many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Many more with a very short drive. Lots of things to do within 30 minute drive every direction. We will book here again for sure.

Great rental

Communication with Property owner was prompt an excellent. Very accommodating and responsive. Very close to pool, hot tubs, tennis and club house. Quiet neighborhood. And within 10 minutes of beaches. Very spacious and had everything you need.

Wir verbrachten 4 Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer John ging problemlos über whatsapp. Er war sehr hilfsbereit, antwortete sofort und löste die Probleme mit den alten Elektrogeräten in Küche, sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner sehr schnell. Das Wohn - und Schlafzimmer waren modern eingerichtet, aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett im Masterbedroom war sehr groß und bequem. Allerdings gab es keine Bettwäsche zum wechseln. Was leider komplett fehlte oder defekt war, waren Reinigungsutensilien. Wir würden gerne wieder zu John kommen, dafür müßte aber ein Teil der Wohnung dringend renoviert werden.
