A Gulf-front end unit in Bradenton Beach with a screened porch that overlooks the beach directly. Morning coffee here with the Gulf in front of you is the defining experience of this unit — and as an end unit on the upper level, the views extend further than interior units on lower floors.

The unit sleeps six across three sleeping spaces. The bedroom has a queen bed. The den has bunk beds — a practical configuration for families with kids who want their own space. The living room sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests.

One and a half bathrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

The heated community pool is on-site. Covered parking for one vehicle is included.
Sunset Terrace 201 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly. Non-smoking property.
