The Space:

This delightful 2-bedroom rental is perfectly situated across from the beach, offering you the ultimate seaside escape. The living area is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy space to unwind and plan your beach excursions. The living room contains a pull-out sectional sleeper with two accent chairs, built in kitchen seating and a Smart TV. The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a comfortable queen-sized bed, custom closet with clothes storage and private bath. The second bedroom contains a twin over full bunk with underbed storage and private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.



While the 2024 hurricane season was devastating, it also provided the opportunity for a floor to ceiling renovation of this vacation rental. This unit is how fully restored and better than ever, featuring all-new interior finishes, updated systems, modern amenities, and thoughtfully curated design details throughout.



All units are accessed via our lush, red brick tropical courtyard with seating areas for outdoor relaxing /dining and gas grills. Washer and dryer are available on site for no additional charge. Each unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and has access to our shared beach carts and fishing equipment. Property is equipped with an outdoor shower.

Owner called one week before our arrival date to cancel. Her explanation was that her furniture wasn't being delivered on time. She also said the property was damaged by last year's hurricane and it took longer than expected to repair. She had no explanation as to why she had the property listed when it wasn't ready for occupancy. She did issue a full refund but we still ended up paying more the another property and needed to pay for additional cancelation insurance.

July 2024 Visit

Great location on a quiet road, just a minute from the beach and 5 minute walk to the restaurants in Bradenton Beach. Parking spot was right there, although we didn't use the car much as the trolley stop was at the end of the street. The apartment was small, but very clean and had plenty of both beach and bath towels and everything we needed. The outdoor space was lovely with bbqs and seating in the courtyard. There were beach chairs etc we could borrow to use at the beach. The owner was always helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

Nice place to stay. Just steps away from the bow to the right where you can watch the sunrise on the pier on a bench. And just steps away from the beautiful ocean to the left. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. If you need the trolly it’s right at the end of street which a lot of ppl use. Place was clean with everything need to cook and a washer and dryer outback. Easy communication with host and booking was smooth. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again !

We had a great time. The location was great and close to the beach. The beach equipment were awesome. My kids loved the beach toys and the beach chair was great! Only downside was the bathroom. As the only bathroom it was not the best. The renovations to the roof didn't bother me…it just was generally small and dated. The laundry was also never free. Overall it worked for a small vacation.

Stayed a week. Place is amazing. Great place to stay and could not ask for a better location to beach and down town. Walked everywhere. Already looking at booking for next year with a larger family group. I only gave 3 stars for check in, but that may have been our issue not clarifying before we arrived on how to check in. Not a negative thing about the place.

Carson Memorial Day weekend

Upon arrival we had asked for early check in But understood if it could not occur. We had to continue to contact the property manager about our unit. At regular check in time we had to ask about checking in. We were told Our unit should be ready and we could park in parking space 4. I again had to reach out to verify unit number. As we had not received any up date or a code to get in to the unit. After finally receiving this, our unit was still dirty. I called the property manager and she was very apologetic and called her cleaning person who came over immediately. Our unit was ready in an hour. The last hiccup was the cleaning person picked up our key fob thinking it was the people who had checked out. Again, I called the property manager and Chris was able To Solve the problem quickly! I really appreciated Chris’s sincerity about our unit issues and how fast she was able to solve the issues. I will hang on to this listing and stay here again!

Lovely place.

This place was lovely. Very clean and offered a complete turn key experience. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cart to help you take it to the beach which was only a few blocks away. Clean towels and fully equipped. The only thing that was bad was all the construction that was going on right next door. They started at 7 Am with all the banging and didn’t stop until 6 pm. I know this has nothing to do with the resort or the management. It was just hard to fully relax the week I was there. Hopefully that won’t be the case for others.

Cozy cottage perfectly located

Came for a week to chase Tarpon, super familiar with the area. This little cottage was cute! It's part of a small complex with a neat common area in the center. Parking is sparse, but it is everywhere on the island, and we are used to that. Had one small issue with plumbing but Chris the new owner was on it so fast it wasn't an issue at all. Located just close enough to Bridge Street and the surrounding restaurants that you can easily walk, but just far enough away that you can't hear the noise. Can throw a baseball and it'll land on the beach. Perfect little place for the money. Chris was attentive and super nice!

Wonderful, cozy, perfect!

My SIL and I took my mom for her 60th Birthday and it was a perfect, cozy little condo! It was so nice to have the pier on one side and the beach literally a minute walk away. We didn't have to fight for a parking spot, were able to walk to eat and shop. Beach towels and chairs were available which was great since we flew in. I cannot wait to plan another trip!

Perfect and Exactly as Described

The family and I just spend a few days staying at this wonderful, perfectly located, perfectly described beach home. I affirm that the property is impeccably clean. The house has everything you need and nothing you don't for a nice trip to the beach. The beach is literally down the street and there's a nice pier at the opposite end of the street where you can throw a few lines in the water and fish. There's light fishing tackle on premises to borrow, as well as a cart for beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. The house looked clean, smelled clean, and had air purifiers running upon our arrival. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a quick meal or throw a pizza in the oven. Restaurants and the downtown district are within walking distance which is ideal because this area, though it has public parking, was very busy during our visit during spring break. The host, Mark, was available and even stopped by the property briefly during our stay. This home is in a cluster of beach homes with a mix of renters and permanent resident owners so it is not for those looking to be loud after hours. It's quite peaceful. As far as the home decor - it is appropriately beachy and updated. Keep in mind though that this is a very cozy home which shouldn't be an issue if you plan to be outside - but if you have a rainy week maybe have some backup plans for activities. There's a card table and few other games in the house to hold you over if that's the case. DO READ THE CHECK IN DOCUMENTS, they have the instructions for use of the TV and other important details. The home has only one full bathroom, in the master bedroom. It was very clean and functional. The home has a 2nd half-bathroom in the other bedroom. Few other notable things. This was my first time to the Bradenton Beach area and like other public beaches in Florida public consumption of alcohol on the beach is not allowed. This was heavily enforced during our trip. Also, if you plan to fish off the breakwaters on the nearby beach, you MUST have a Florida fishing license. There are many local fishing charters for hire if you'd rather have full service or want to go for something in particular. I would definitely rent this property again if I was in the area. Our family had a great time.

Small but quaint and clean. Excellent location...walking distance to bayside dock (great sunrise spot), beach and the shopping and restaurant district. Beach chairs provided. Nice screened in porch and very cool courtyard area with grill. It is a downstairs unit. We experienced slight noise problem but was just one couple above. However might could be an issue depending on who/how many was above. We would definitely stay again!

Location !

This location is everything ! Literally steps away from the beach. Close enough that the golf cart valet guys can take you home from Bridge Street. The condo is super clean and had everything we would need. There is only one bathroom so be mindful of that. Beds were super comfy and condo stayed cool the whole time ! Lots of kitchen supplies available for cooking and coffee. We used the cart and other items (volleyball, umbrellas, shovels etc ) that were provided. It was great not having to pack that stuff. We also left our infant tent among the supplies if anyone wants to use it. We were unable to bend it back to take it home lol. The only downside is the parking situation. Mr. Mark was very generous to let us use a second space but facility has minimal parking availability and there’s no overnight parking allowed by the beach. Try your hardest to use one vehicle if this is a family trip. We really enjoyed our time and will be back! Thanks Mark!

Perfect location/property

This was my 2nd stay here and it was great both times. The location is perfect and the amenities are abundant. No need to pack towels or beach bags. Chairs,umbrellas,toys,floats,etc are all provided. Also lots of kitchen necessities were already there. Communication with owners was fast and easy.
