Nice Place

We love this location. Steps to the beach. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. Best parts of the experience were location, easy check in/out, communication with the property managment, and pool. One suggestion would be to identify each units parking space with a number.

Girls trip

Stayed Thursday-Monday for a sisters trip. House is managed by a rental company, all communication after booking has to be done through their website (which was not shared) if you message them on VRBO after booking is confirmed you will not get a response, you have to message them through their website, which was a little clunky, but once we figured that part out communication was seamless. House was clean and ready on time. Furniture and bedding appeared to be brand new. Shortly after we arrived we were notified that the dryer was out of order and they would be bringing us a new one, they were unable to give us exact times of delivery but did stay in touch, as compensation they offered a late check out however our flights were scheduled early so we were unable to accept- no other accommodation was offered. Lights in the unit were somewhat confusing to figure out as one of the switches is installed upside down and the dimmer was turned all the way down so when we turned it on and off it appeared to not work, we eventually figured it out. With that said, These items were minimal issues! The location was perfect, steps to the beach, all necessary beach items provided (wagon/chairs/umbrella/towels/toys for littles) there is a pool on site- we did not take advantage of this as we spent most of our time at the beach or exploring the area, however it appeared well maintained. Overall I would recommend this unit and would rebook if the opportunity arises.

Well needed rest and relaxation get away

Can’t say enough about how great this condo and location is. This was our first time staying in this area and we will be back. This is so close to the beach, shopping, dining and activities. It’s centrally located and you can get to anywhere with ease. The Trolley was useful and so was the Monkey Bus. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. Very pleased with the accommodations.

Turquoise waters and amazing sunsets

The unit was clean and well kept. Spent 5 days enjoying the beautiful Gulf waters and amazing sunsets. It was great to be right across the street from the beach access. The pool was great to get out of the hot midday sun. Centrally located to restaurants, groceries, and other amenities.

Great location & comfortable, and good value

The property is in such a great location, directly across from the beach and 1/2 block from the trolley stop. It has all the essentials. We had no issues, but the management company was easily accessible and checked on us during our stay.

Perfectly located

A minute walk to the bay to watch the sun rise and a minute walk to the beach to watch the sun set. Clean and updated inside, very comfortable. A great place to spend time relaxing with great food and excursions close by!

Great condo in excellent location.

The booking process for this condo was extremely easy and it was exactly as it was described. It is very nice with all the convenience of home and in a great location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this place.

Bradenton beach

Passwords were displayed in two different ways and both incorrect. Guestranger wouldnt allow connection and im in IT. Unannounced visit from guy wanting to service AC. Never could get local channels on tv after guy corrected password issue. For the money i paid, very disappointing.

Our favorite vacation destination

Our favorite vacation destination. Anna Maria Island is perfect for family vacations. The condo was right across the street from the beach and right in the middle of all the wonderful restaurants and gift shops. We’ve stayed at this same location on 5 different occasions and will definitely be coming back!
