We loved that all rooms had bigger beds. Great location! House had everything we needed! You do have to go up stairs to get to the living room, kitchen, bedrooms etc., so if you have a hard time with stairs, it could maybe be an issue. But the property even had beach chairs you could use and extra beach towels. It was a great place. I would stay at this property again.

Perfect House for Family

Great house, very comfortable and clean. Close to everything. We all enjoyed it completely. The only ding I give the property is to update the beach chairs and beach equipment. They were worn or broken and not enough chairs (there were only 4 of us). Everything else was perfect.

Great Location

The location of property is very nice. Beach access is a 2 min walk across the street (with a wagon and chairs provided by owner). We ate out and there were plenty of dining options around from seafood to BBQ. It’s central to multiple beaches but the beach across the street was much quieter and more space. Property was clean and only hiccup was construction workers upon arrival (not owners fault), but owner was easy to reach and made sure all was good. Would recommend to stay with adults or children.

lovved the proximity to the beach

we enjoyed the house and it was very close to the beach. the only issue was the rugs in the bathroom were quite dirty looking. it was pretty far from restaurants, coffee, and ice cream but if you have a golf cart as we did it was an easy trip to everything

The property is nice. Close to the beach. Could use a deep clean and some repairs. Sinks hold water and downstairs shower does not turn on all the way. Otherwise very nice set up for a beach stay.

Concerns

Downstairs stairwell lights didn’t work making it very unsafe to go up and down to the housing. I had my elderly mom and her friend with me and this was not good. Lots of window wouldn’t stay open or where missing/damaged screens. We could not open both porch doors for the first few days… finally were able to pry them open.

Close to the beach nice for the kids

We stayed a week and all was positive except the following: on arrival the master bathroom was not clean but we called them the next morning and they promptly had cleaning people take care of it. One other issue was the when using the washing machine the high water flow into the drain siphons the trap allowing sewer gas to smell up the master bedroom. We remedied this by slowing pouring 12 ounces of water into the drain. The also make anti siphon devices to solve this.

Amazing location! Would return!

We had an amazing stay! The house and location were great. We had a couple of hiccups the first day. The WiFi and the AC wasn’t working. When I called the property manager jumped on it and it was addressed the next day. Luckily it was cool enough to open windows for the evening. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with room to spare. We throughly enjoyed the balcony and being a few steps from the beach. Place was overall clean, only issue we had was we found carpet staples everywhere but I assume it was from recent renovations. I think we picked most of them up, but just be cautious in the area overall as the island is still in recovery mode.

Xmas Getaway

Booked before hurricanes hit and the area is still recovering, but the unit is in good shape. Great location across from beach and within a mile or two of shopping and restaurants. Well-stocked, older appliances (except for fridge). Great master suite and two porches is nice. Dinged because one of bedrooms was pretty musty/mildewy upon arrival and stayed that way for most of the stay. Must have been some water issue we weren’t informed of. They had a dehumidifier blowing but the filter was entirely clogged and no replacements.. would have been nice to have a heads-up about it.

Great location

The unit is in a great location, and has the essentials to enjoy your stay. Chairs for the beach, grill, kitchen essentials for the most part. There is parking right off the main road, and a very short walk to the beach.While we were there is was super cold and windy, so we spent more time in the unit then we planned. The island is still in repair generally from the hurricanes. Anna Maria island is still beautiful and this place would be a great location to stay - I’ll be back when the weather is warmer and the island a bit more repaired

Great location

Great location. Very clean, walk across the street to the beach. We rented a golf cart for our four days, so we were able to get to many restaurants and bars within minutes. Highly recommend this house

Close to beach and food

Nice to walk across the street to beach only concern Worried A/C won’t handle hot weather though. It was only 80 and it struggled. And I was solo two days and gone most of the day and kept stairs door closed also.

Unit A

The unit was fine. Beds were great but furniture overall needed upgrading. Refrigerator worked fine but looked bad-sounds like a new one is coming. Walls needed new paint. Great showers and bathrooms! Our goal was to be outside as much as possible so the overall condition of the unit was acceptable. The Red Tide was terrible so that was the only downside of the 3 weeks there.
