We had a wonderful family vacation at Fred’s property. The location is amazing with the beach right across the street and shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There were lots of games and toys for our little ones (1 and 4) to play with inside, and plenty of beach toys available for use. Fred provided a pack n play and ordered a high chair for our son to use. The kids also had a great time in the pool. Hope to be back again!

Great place all around! Was clean and in good shape. The garage was really nice to have and was stocked extremely well with wagons, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. The kitchen was also stocked well and both the beach and bathroom towels were plentiful and high quality. Some of the easiest access to the beach you can find on the island! And the pier on the bay side was nice and was decent fishing. The community pool was a little small but wasn’t busy. We would definitely book again! The only thing that’s important to note is it wouldn’t be a great place for older people or people with mobility issues because there are a lot of stairs and they are steep and narrow.

The property location to the beach was excellent. There are great views of the beach and the bay. The place was very clean. There were plenty of items available for a great day at the beach which included chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and floats. The place was right across the street from the beach which was awesome. The place had all the needed beach stuff. However all the dishes and linens were dirty, the pots and pans looked like they weren’t cleaned. The location was great but attention to deals were lost.
