Villa by the Sea #3's open floor plan puts everything at your fingertips without ever making you feel crowded. The spacious beach-themed living room offers a cozy sofa where you and your family can relax and catch up on your favorite shows on the cable TV. Prepare a full meal, warm up leftovers, or mix up a cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable bedroom sleeps two, with a queen-size bed and another cable TV. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the perfect place and size for just the two of us. We walked the Cortez bridge every day for exercise along with great walks on the beach. The property was in a perfect area which was close to everything and walking distance to a lot of places! We walked to Bridge street every night. We just love this area and will definitely be back.

The unit was very clean. It is located in an excellent location. Within walking distance to a lot of places. The unit has plenty of towels, wash cloths and dishes. The area around the pool is small but a nice area to sit around and relax. They will send you a code to get in. When they say 4:00 they mean 4:00 not a minute sooner. We will definitely rent this unit again.
