Great location in a quiet resort community. This was an excellent unit equipped with all the essentials. The check-in process was easy. Unit is walking distance to beautiful beaches. Close to various restaurants and shops. Great spot to enjoy Anna Maria Island.

The listing stated no hidden fees. The price was supposed to be as listed with the exception of the insurance i was forced to purchase. Not sure why these others fees were added. I understand cleaning even though it was high but the other fees I never knew about?

Great Location

My fiance and I stayed here from 4/29-5/4 and it was nice. We did walk in and right away got stuffy from the musty smell and the wall plug in smell they had in the cottage. Had everything we needed, and more. The place its self could have been more clean, I did feel a little dirty after a couple beetles were on the floor. I know all this comes with a rental place and that they just went through a hurricane so I was okay with most of the issues. The location was amazing, quick 3 minute walk to the beach and some restaurants. The pool was beautiful, a little warm for my liking. All in all was a good stay.
