Property changed management companies from when I originally booked property. Did not receive check in codes by 4:00. Ended up calling management company and had difficult time getting correct codes. Had problems getting WIFI password and connected. Finally someone in our group was able to figure out. Management company texted me 24 hours with code for WIFI after we figured it out. Had problems with hot water in bathrooms. When people were taking showers, three minutes of hot water, then freezing cold water for several minutes then MAYBE you might get hot water. They did send 2 gentlemen to fix. Just raised water temps which did help but did not fix the hot water on/hot water off problem. Also no instructions on how to work thermostats controls, electric stove top, and dishwasher. Was a very nice and clean house.
